Redesign or migrate: what is the difference?
A redesign keeps your platform and changes how the site looks. A migration keeps how the site looks and changes the platform underneath. If you want both at once, a new build such as WordPress Business Website or Corporate Website is usually the better fit. Every redesign and migration includes redirects and checks so links and search history are protected. No one can guarantee rankings after any change, but these steps avoid the usual causes of drops.
What happens after the project is finished?
Every project includes a support period for anything that does not work as agreed. After that, it depends on the project. WordPress sites from a redesign or migration are cared for by webcare24, our WordPress care brand. Store Migration and the Integration Pack offer optional monthly maintenance. Audits and sprints hand over documents and files that are yours to keep, with follow-up questions answered for a short time after delivery.

Can I plan an app before committing to build it?
Yes. The Discovery Sprint turns your idea into requirements, wireframes and a fixed build quote, and the sprint price is credited if you go ahead. If you also want to see high-fidelity screens, add a UI/UX Design Sprint from Accessibility & UX after discovery.
What if my project has no fixed-price package?
Start with the Discovery Sprint. Apps and portals within set limits have fixed packages, the Web App MVP Build and the Client Portal Build. Larger apps, headless sites, Shopify Plus builds and multi-store setups are too varied for one price, so the sprint ends with a fixed quote, and its price is credited if you go ahead.
Who owns the accounts and files after a project?
You do. Hosting, platforms, tools and design files stay in your name, and our team works through invites or keys you control. Once the order is paid in full, the work made for you is yours.
