Generative engine optimization: how to get cited by AI search
What generative engine optimization really is, what the research shows, and a step-by-step plan to get your pages cited by AI search.
Your website connected to one business tool, so data moves on its own instead of by copy and paste.
If someone on your team copies form leads into a CRM, or orders into accounting, by hand, mistakes and delays are built in. We connect your website to one tool, such as a CRM, payments, shipping, accounting or marketing system. First we agree a field map with you, then we build and test it on your live site, with an email alert if a sync ever fails.

Integration Pack connects your website to one CRM, payments, shipping, accounting or marketing tool, with up to one data flow in each direction. It includes an integration map of fields, triggers and direction, the build on your website, test records checked in both systems, an email error alert and short setup notes for your team.
Copying data by hand between a website and another tool costs time every week and causes quiet errors: a lead never reaches sales, an order never reaches the books. Many integrations are set up quickly and then fail without anyone noticing. This package starts with a field map you approve, so everyone agrees what moves and when. It is tested with real records in both systems before go-live, and an email alert flags any failed sync. Your team gets notes explaining how it works.
We build one integration between your website and a CRM, payments, shipping, accounting or marketing tool. Data moves on its own, with up to one flow in each direction.
An integration map sets out the fields, triggers and direction before building. Test records run end to end and are checked in both systems before go-live.
An error alert goes to your email whenever a sync fails. Your team hears about the problem straight away, instead of spotting gaps later in a report or a customer complaint.
Short setup notes and a written walkthrough explain what the integration does and where it runs. The integration map stays with you for any future changes.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,625 |
Before you start: Before work starts, record how many records your team moves by hand each week and how long it takes.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The integration is paid once, and the price is shown before you buy. After go-live, the only running cost is any plan or connector the connected tool needs, billed by its maker. Some tools include this on their standard plans, and we confirm it at intake.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself | Hire a traditional agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A connector subscription plus your own setup time | Quoted after a technical review | Ours is one fixed price for one integration, shown before you buy |
| Planning | Fields matched by trial and error | A specification written by the agency | Ours agrees a field map with you before building |
| Testing | A single test, if any | Tested to the agency's process | Ours runs test records end to end and checks both systems |
| Failures | Found weeks later when data is missing | Monitored if a retainer is in place | Ours sets an email alert for every failed sync |
One tool from a CRM, payments, shipping, accounting or marketing system. Common examples are HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks, Xero, Mailchimp and Klaviyo, on a WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify site. If your tool is not on that list, tell us at intake and we confirm whether it can be connected.
Yes, up to one data flow in each direction. For example, new form leads can go from the website into your CRM, and updated contact details can come back. We agree the fields, triggers and direction in an integration map before building, so everyone knows exactly what moves and when.
You get an email alert. Failed syncs are the main risk with any integration, because missing records are easy to overlook. The alert goes to the address you choose, and the setup notes explain common causes and what to check first. During the support period, we fix anything that fails because of how we built it.
No. The integration moves new data from go-live onward. Cleaning, de-duplicating or importing old records is a separate job, because the effort depends on the state of your data. If you need historical records moved, note it at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.
No. We use the connection methods your website and tool already support, such as plugins, apps, built-in connectors or the tool's own API. That keeps the setup simpler to look after. If your integration needs a custom app or a middleware server, it is outside this package and is quoted through a Change Quote.
Yes, with Extra Integration. Each one adds one more tool with the same scope: a field map, up to one data flow in each direction, test records and an error alert. It is built and tested alongside the first integration. If you need a CRM set up from scratch first, compare CRM Starter Setup.
The delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order. It starts once website access, access to the connected tool and your list of data to move arrive, which should be within 72 hours. Every day of delay beyond that moves delivery by 3 working days. Go-live follows test records checked in both systems.
We support it for 30 days after go-live. After that, optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes when a tool changes its connection, updates, a monthly health report and change hours for small adjustments. Without it, your team handles failures using the setup notes and error alerts. Maintenance can be stopped any month.
Order the Integration Pack and get one tool connected to your website, mapped with you, tested in both systems and watched by an error alert.
