Some projects outgrow themes and page builders. These builds are coded for you in Next.js and handed over in accounts you own: a fast marketing website with a headless CMS, a first working version of a web app, or a secure portal where your clients log in. Each has a written scope and a fixed price.

A website explains and sells. Choose the Custom Website Build when you want a fast, flexible marketing site that your team edits in a headless CMS, without theme or plugin limits.
An app lets people sign up and do something. The Web App MVP Build delivers up to six core screens with sign-up, a database, an admin panel and Stripe payments or one integration, so you can test your idea with real users.
A portal gives existing clients one place for files, status and requests. The Client Portal Build replaces email threads with a branded login area, with a staff side for your team.
Each package has clear limits, such as the number of screens, roles and integrations. If your project goes beyond them, or the idea is not yet clear, start with the Discovery Sprint. It ends with requirements, wireframes and a fixed quote for the build, and its price is credited if you go ahead.
Speed, flexibility and control. A coded site has no theme or plugin limits and serves clean, fast pages that search engines and AI assistants read easily. The trade-off is that bigger layout changes need a developer, while your team still edits text and posts in the headless CMS.
You do. The code lives in a Git repository you own, and hosting, database and payment accounts are set up in your name. We work through access you grant and can remove, so nothing depends on our accounts after the handover.
Yes. It is built on a common, well-documented stack, so any developer can extend it. New features after launch are quoted through a Change Quote, or planned in a Discovery Sprint if the next phase is large.
