WordPress Landing Page

One focused WordPress page that explains your offer and turns visitors into enquiries, with the form and tracking already working.

You have one offer, campaign or new service, and you need a page that sells it. We design and build a single WordPress landing page of up to six sections, edit your copy from a short brief, and connect a lead form that sends every enquiry to your inbox. Analytics and search console are set up before launch, and the hosting stays in your name.

  • One focused page built around a single call to action
  • Every enquiry lands in your inbox and in WordPress
  • Tested on phones and tablets before it goes live

What it is

WordPress Landing Page is a standalone, single-page WordPress website for one offer, campaign or service. It runs on hosting and a domain in your name. It has up to six sections, up to 600 words of edited copy, a spam-protected lead form, analytics and basic on-page SEO. To add a page to an existing site, see Campaign Landing Page.

Why businesses buy it

A campaign or new service often needs its own page, and sending people to a busy home page wastes the click. Page builders look quick, but the hours go on layout, mobile fixes and making sure the form actually delivers. A focused landing page keeps visitors on one message and one action. The written scope tells you before you order exactly what you get: how many sections, how much copy, which form and tracking, and how many rounds of changes. You approve the design, and the page lives on hosting in your name.

Problems this solves

A new offer has no dedicated page to send people to

We design and build one WordPress landing page for a single offer, campaign or service. It has up to six sections, so visitors from ads, emails or social posts land somewhere focused on that one thing.

Visitors arrive from a campaign but leave without getting in touch

The page is built around one clear action, with a spam-protected lead form. Enquiries go to your email, and to one CRM or email tool if you need it.

Your campaign copy is rough and hard to put on a page

We edit up to 600 words of copy from your brief so it reads clearly on the page. You get two rounds of revisions before launch to get the wording right.

You cannot tell whether the campaign page is actually working

Analytics and Search Console are connected before launch, along with basic on-page SEO. You can see visits and form submissions from the first day the page is live.

A good fit if

You are launching one offer, campaign or service and want a single page that asks for one clear action.
You need a page to send ad, email or social traffic to, separate from your main website.
You can write a short brief covering the offer, who it is for and what visitors should do next.
You want every enquiry delivered to your inbox, with a copy saved in WordPress as a backup.

Not the right fit if

You need a full company website with several pages, such as services, about and contact. See WordPress Business Website.
You want to sell products online with a cart and checkout. See WooCommerce Store Build or Shopify Store Build.
You need a blog, a second page or more than 600 words of copy. WordPress Business Website covers up to eight pages, and Page Copywriting writes copy from scratch.
You also need ad campaigns set up to send people to the page. See Ads Launch.
You already have a website and only need one campaign page added to it for ads or CRO Testing. See Campaign Landing Page.

How it works

  1. You send a short brief: the offer, the audience and the one action you want visitors to take, plus your logo, colors and photos.
  2. We plan the page in up to six sections, such as headline, benefits, proof, questions and the form, and edit your copy to fit.
  3. The page is designed and built on WordPress, mobile first, and sent to you for review with two rounds of changes.
  4. The lead form is connected to your inbox with spam protection, and to one CRM or email tool if you use one.
  5. Analytics and search console are connected, basic on-page SEO is set, and the page is checked on phones, tablets and for speed.
  6. The page goes live, and you get a launch checklist, a short written walkthrough and 14 days of support.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Hosting and domain access, or your approval for us to set them up in your name.
  • Your logo, brand colors and any photos you want on the page.
  • A short brief: what you are offering, who it is for and the one action visitors should take.
  • The inbox, and the CRM or email tool if you use one, where enquiries should go.
  • Logins shared by adding our team as a user, never sent by email.
  • One person who approves the design and the finished page.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • A live landing page on WordPress, designed and built for one offer
  • Up to 600 words of edited copy across up to six sections
  • A spam-protected lead form sending to your email, plus one CRM or email tool if needed
  • Analytics and Search Console connected
  • A speed and mobile test report, a launch checklist and a short written walkthrough
  • A post-launch support period for fixes and questions

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Gives each campaign a focused place to send traffic
  • Can turn more campaign visitors into enquiries than a general page
  • Makes it easier to see which campaigns bring leads
Enquiries from the page
Count form submissions in your inbox or CRM each week after launch, and compare with enquiries from the same campaign before.
Conversion rate
Divide form submissions by page visits in your analytics, and track it week by week.
Page speed on mobile
Run the same speed test used in the launch report again each month to spot slowdowns.

Before you start: Before work starts, note how many enquiries the offer currently brings in and where they come from. Record where campaign traffic lands today.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment, shown before you buy. After launch, expect around $10–50 a month for WordPress hosting and a domain, billed by your host and registrar, not by us. If you choose a premium plugin, its maker bills you directly. Every account stays in your name.

Keep it running

After the support period, care for your page is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand. Its monthly care plans cover updates tested on staging, backups that are restore-tested and fixes when something breaks. Content edits are quick to order there too, and bigger changes to the page go through a Change Quote with us.

Questions about this product

Why build a landing page on WordPress instead of a page builder app?

WordPress gives you a page you control. It runs on hosting in your name, works with the analytics and email tools most businesses already use, and is not tied to one company's monthly plan. Hosted page builders are quick to start, but the page lives on their platform. If you want a fuller site later, WordPress Business Website builds on the same platform.

Who owns the landing page and the hosting account?

You do. The hosting and domain are set up in your name, or we work inside accounts you already have. You get full admin access to WordPress, and the page, copy, images and form entries all belong to you. If you stop working with us, everything stays exactly where it is.

Can I change the text on my landing page myself?

Yes. The page is built in WordPress, so you can edit headlines, text and images without a developer. At launch you get a short written walkthrough that shows you how, plus a launch checklist. Bigger layout changes after launch go through a Change Quote, and routine edits can be ordered from webcare24, our WordPress care brand.

What does hosting cost for a WordPress landing page?

Usually around $10 to $50 a month for WordPress hosting and a domain, billed by your host and registrar. If you already have hosting and a domain, we use those. If not, we can set them up in your name with your approval, so the bills and the accounts stay with you.

How soon will my landing page be live?

The delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order. The clock starts once your brief, brand files and hosting access are in, and they need to reach us within 72 hours of ordering. Each day of delay beyond that moves delivery by three working days, so having your brief ready helps most.

What if I only have rough notes for the landing page copy?

Rough notes are fine for up to 600 words. Send a short brief with the offer, the audience and the action you want. We edit it into page copy you approve. If you want the copy written from scratch instead, add Page Copywriting to the order. Longer pages can be added through a Change Quote.

Will the landing page show up in Google search?

It is set up to be found, but no one can promise rankings. We add basic on-page SEO, such as the page title, description and headings, and connect Google Search Console so Google knows the page exists. Landing pages mostly earn visitors from ads, email and social posts, so plan how you will send people to it.

What happens after the landing page goes live?

You get 14 days of support to fix anything that is not working as agreed. After that, webcare24, our WordPress care brand, can look after the page with a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, security and fixes. If you skip it, the page keeps running on your hosting, and keeping WordPress and its plugins updated becomes your job.
