Multi-Currency Store Setup
Adds local currencies to your Shopify or WooCommerce store build, so shoppers in the UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf see prices…
A tested review-request flow, a QR card for the counter and reply templates, set up once and yours to keep.
Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment. Review Request Setup makes asking automatic. We build a review-request flow by email or SMS that goes out after each sale or visit, design QR card artwork for customers in person, and write reply templates for positive, neutral and negative reviews. It is tested before it goes live.

Review Request Setup is a one-time add-on for Local SEO, Google Business Profile Setup or Review Management. We build one review-request flow by email or SMS, sent after a sale or visit, design print-ready QR card artwork linking to your review page, and write reply templates for positive, neutral and negative reviews.
Asking for reviews works best when it happens every time, not only when someone remembers. Without a system, requests go out in bursts, then stop for months. Review apps help, but many charge monthly and keep the flow inside their own platform. This add-on builds the flow in the email or SMS tool you already use, so it keeps running after we hand over. It follows review platform rules by asking every customer the same way. Customers still decide whether to leave a review and what rating to give.
We build one review-request flow in your email or SMS tool, sent after a sale or visit. Every customer is asked the same way, at a sensible moment, without staff having to remember.
You get print-ready QR card artwork that links straight to your review page. Staff can hand a card over at the counter or tuck one into an order. Printing is yours to arrange.
We write reply templates for positive, neutral and negative reviews. Your team can adapt them in moments. Replies stay calm and on brand, even when a harsh review lands on a busy day.
You receive a direct review link and a matching QR code. Add them to receipts, email signatures or your website, and customers go straight to the review form in one step.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |

| Standard | 10–20 working days | $375 |
Before you start: Before setup, write down your current review count and average rating. Note how many reviews arrived in each of the last three months.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Your email or SMS platform plan is billed by the platform. Most SMS tools charge per message, so texting customers adds a sending cost based on volume, while email requests avoid that. Printing the QR cards is your own cost, through any local or online printer.
Ask about running costsAdd a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.
Request a custom versionThis is a one-time setup, so there is no ongoing fee. The flow runs inside your own email or SMS tool and keeps sending after we hand over. If you would like replies handled every month as well, Review Management takes care of that.

Yes. Google and most review platforms allow businesses to ask customers for reviews. What they do not allow is offering rewards for reviews or asking only customers you expect to be happy. Our flow asks every customer in the same way, so it stays within those rules.
It depends on how you reach customers. Email is cheaper and suits online stores and service businesses with email addresses on file. SMS tends to be read faster and suits appointment-based businesses, but usually carries a small per-message fee. We help you choose at the start, and the flow is built in one tool.
A QR code that takes customers straight to your review page, with your logo and brand colors around it. We supply print-ready artwork you can use as a counter card, table stand, receipt insert or sticker. Printing is not included, so you can use any printer you like.
They give you a calm, consistent starting point for every review. There are templates for positive, neutral and negative reviews, written in your voice, with space to add personal details. A short, polite reply that mentions something specific almost always reads better than a copied line, so treat them as a base.
Only if you want the QR card and reply templates as well. Review Management already includes a review-request flow and monthly replies. This add-on adds print-ready QR artwork for in-person customers and a set of reply templates your own team can use when they respond directly.
It keeps running in your own email or SMS tool, sending a request after each sale or visit. The QR artwork, review link and templates are yours to keep and reuse. If you want the messages changed later, you can edit them yourself, or we can quote changes through a Change Quote.
