Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

What kind of section can you build?
A single layout or on-page feature your theme does not offer, such as a comparison table, a timeline, a team grid, a pricing table or a before-and-after slider. Send a sketch, an example from another site or a short description. If what you need is closer to a full page template, we tell you at intake.
Can our team edit the custom section without code?
Yes. The section or block has editable settings for text, images and links, so your team changes content in the Shopify theme editor or the WordPress block editor like any other section. It can be reused on several pages. Changing its layout or adding new settings later needs a developer.
Can the custom section pull data from another tool?
No. Connections to outside tools, such as a CRM, reviews platform or stock system, are outside this add-on. Extra Integration covers connecting one more tool to your website. The custom section displays content your team enters and can link to other pages or services.
Is the custom section tested on phones?
Yes. It is built mobile-first and checked on phones, tablets and desktop browsers before it goes live. We test it with your real content, so you see how it behaves with your longest headings and largest images. One revision round covers changes after you review it.
When will the custom section be ready?
The add-on's delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order, and its work runs alongside the build it belongs to. Send your sketch or example and the content within 72 hours of ordering. Every day of delay beyond that moves delivery by 3 working days.
