Each month we agree four topics with you, then research, write, edit and optimize four articles of around 1,500 words each. A person fact-checks every article, and each one arrives ready to publish with an SEO title and meta description.

Our team does. Every article is researched, edited and fact-checked before you see it. Each piece follows the tone of voice you share at the start. When a topic needs inside knowledge, we send questions to the subject expert you name, so the facts come from your business.
Do I approve the four monthly topics and drafts before anything goes live?
Yes. Each month we send four proposed topics, and you approve them or ask for swaps. You then review every draft, and one round of changes per article is included. Nothing is published until the person you named has approved it. If you want, we then publish the approved articles in your CMS for you.
What access do you need for the four-article pack?
Only editor access to your website, and only if you want us to publish. We work with WordPress, Shopify and Webflow, or we can deliver every article in Google Docs instead. Beyond that we need your services, audience and tone of voice, one person who approves topics and drafts, and a subject expert we can ask questions.
How does the 3-month minimum work for the four-article pack?
The pack is $1,175 a month, and the first three months are paid upfront at checkout. That gives your topic plan and articles time to build up. After those three months the service runs month to month, and you can cancel any month with no further commitment. Articles already delivered stay yours.
Will four articles a month get my site to the top of Google?
No one can promise that, and we do not. We write every article for people first and optimize it for search, with SEO titles, meta descriptions and internal link suggestions. Where it ranks depends on your market, your competitors, your site's history and search engine changes, which are outside our control. Steady, useful content gives you a better chance over time.
What reporting comes with the four-article pack?
A short monthly content summary. It lists the articles delivered that month, the topic and search terms each one targets, and where it was published. It also notes the topics we suggest next. If you want quarterly topic clusters as well, Content Pack: 8 Articles includes them.
Are images included with each of the four articles?
Yes, in a simple form. Each article comes with image suggestions or a header image made for it. If you want paid stock photos, we can pick them, but the stock license is paid by you. Custom photography, and case studies that need calls with your customers, are not included and can be quoted through a Change Quote.
What happens to my articles if I stop the four-article pack?
They stay yours. Every article, title and meta description we delivered belongs to you, and anything we published stays live on your site. The service ends after your last paid month, and you can remove our editor access at any time. There is nothing to migrate and nothing locked behind a subscription.
