Questions about this product
Can clients pay a deposit when they book online?
Yes. Deposits are taken at booking through one payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal, using an account in your name. You decide the deposit for each service. Payment fees are charged by the provider. Full prepayment, packages or gift cards can be discussed at intake and may need a Change Quote.
Do booking reminders go out by text message?
No. Reminders in this package are sent by email, along with the booking confirmation. SMS reminders need a paid texting service and extra setup, so they sit outside this scope. If text reminders matter for your no-shows, note it at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.
Can the booking calendar sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. One calendar, such as Google Calendar, is connected so new bookings appear alongside your other appointments. Availability follows the opening hours and service durations you give us. Rotas for several staff members or several locations are outside this package and can be quoted through a Change Quote.
How many services can customers book online?
Up to five services, each with its own duration, price, deposit and hours. Most clinics, salons and studios start with their core services and add more later through the booking admin. If you offer more than five from day one, note it at checkout for a Change Quote. Every service is tested with a test booking before launch.
Which booking plugin do you use?
We choose a well-supported WordPress booking plugin that fits your services, deposits and calendar, and confirm it with you at intake. Several good options are free or have a free tier. If you prefer a premium booking plugin for extra features, you buy it in your name and its maker bills you directly.
When can customers start booking on the new site?
The delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order. It starts once hosting access, payment provider access, and your services, prices, durations and hours arrive, which should be within 72 hours. Every day of delay beyond that moves delivery by 3 working days. Bookings open after test bookings, deposits and reminders all pass.
Who keeps the booking website running after launch?
