Which packages can the Booking Module be added to?
Booking Module is offered with WordPress Landing Page, WordPress Business Website, Corporate Website and Website Redesign. It runs on WordPress, so with Website Redesign it suits sites that already use WordPress. If you are starting fresh and want deposits too, Booking Website is built around booking from the start.
Can customers pay a deposit through the Booking Module?
No. The Booking Module takes bookings without payment. If you need deposits at the moment of booking, Booking Website includes deposits through one payment provider on a site of up to 8 pages designed around bookings. Note your needs at checkout if you are unsure which of the two fits.
Where does the booking form appear on my site?
On up to two pages you choose, such as a services page and a contact page. Buttons elsewhere on the site can link to those pages. We set availability to your hours and the duration of each service, then run test bookings to check that confirmations and reminders arrive.
Do bookings show up in my calendar?
Yes. One calendar, such as Google Calendar, is connected so new bookings appear alongside your other appointments. You give us calendar access by invite or a key you control. Rotas for several staff members are outside this add-on and can be quoted through a Change Quote.
Can booking reminders be sent by SMS?
No. Confirmations and reminders in this add-on are sent by email. Text messages need a paid SMS service and extra setup, so they sit outside the scope. If SMS reminders matter to you, note it at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.
How many services can be booked through the module?
Up to five, each with its own duration and availability. That covers the core services of most clinics, studios and consultants. Your team can add or change services later using the recorded guide. If you need more than five set up from the start, note it at checkout for a Change Quote.
