Multi-Currency Store Setup
Adds local currencies to your Shopify or WooCommerce store build, so shoppers in the UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf see prices…
Your AI images and videos carry the same clear labels and provenance data on every channel.
Most teams using AI creative are unsure when a label is needed. Each ad platform asks in a different way, and export steps often strip provenance data. AI Content Disclosure Setup gives you one written policy, visible label templates and Content Credentials switched on in supported tools. We check that the data survives upload, then walk your team through a short checklist.

AI Content Disclosure Setup adds a labeling system to our AI image, AI video and creative pack orders. It lists where you publish AI creative and writes a one-page disclosure policy. It also adds visible label templates and turns on C2PA Content Credentials where your tools support them. It helps you prepare; it is not legal advice.
AI images and video are now ordinary marketing tools. The rules around them are not ordinary yet. The EU AI Act asks for disclosure of deepfakes and some AI-written public-interest text. Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads each have their own AI settings. Without a policy, every designer makes a different call. This add-on writes one policy for your team and builds the labels into your templates. It also keeps provenance data intact from export to upload. Your counsel can review the policy if you want legal sign-off.
We write a one-page disclosure policy covering EU AI Act Article 50 and your ad platforms' settings. It gives your team clear lines for when and how to label.
Visible label templates for images and video are added to your creative tools. Your team applies the same label style every time, and a checklist reminds them when.
We switch on C2PA Content Credentials in supported tools and verify them. Then we check your export and upload steps, so you know where the data survives and where it is lost.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Before work starts, sample 20 recent AI assets and note which were labeled and how. Record which tools and channels you use.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
There are no running costs. Content Credentials use features already inside supported creative tools, and the policy and templates are yours to keep.
Ask about running costsMore than 10 channels or templates, translated policies, or labeling content you have already published are outside this add-on. Note them at checkout for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionThe policy, templates and checklist are yours once delivered. On our AI image and video products, the parent's optional monthly maintenance can update labels when a platform changes its settings. On creative packs, follow-up questions are answered within the pack's support period.
| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Policy | You read each platform's help pages yourself | Often a long document few people read | Ours is one page your team can follow |
| Labels | Added by hand, if someone remembers | Varies by designer | Ours are built into your templates |
| Provenance data | Often lost at export without anyone noticing | Rarely checked | Ours is verified from export to upload |
| Legal position | Unclear | Sometimes presented as compliance | Ours helps you prepare; your counsel signs off |
No. It helps you prepare, but it is not legal advice and does not certify anything. The policy reflects the Article 50 rules on deepfakes and AI-written public-interest text, plus your ad platforms' settings. Your own counsel should review it if you need legal sign-off, and you remain responsible for how you label content.
They are an open standard that attaches a signed record to a file, saying how it was made and edited. Tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Firefly can add them. Some platforms read them and show a label. We switch them on where your tools support it, then check the data survives your export and upload steps.
Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads, where AI disclosure settings exist. The policy says when to use each platform's own AI label or setting, and when to add your visible label as well. If you publish elsewhere, tell us at intake and we include it, within the 10 channels or templates in scope.
Not always. Small edits, such as color correction or removing dust, are usually treated differently from fully generated scenes or realistic people. The policy sets clear lines for your team, based on the rules and platform settings that apply to you. Where a case is unclear, the policy says who decides.
No. The setup covers what you publish from now on. Labeling or replacing content that is already live is outside this add-on. If you want older content reviewed, note it at checkout and we send a written Change Quote. The inventory can still list older templates that need updating.
One brand is included. If you run several brands, each with its own templates or rules, add Multi-Brand Setup alongside this add-on. Agencies managing client brands usually need that, because each client may want a different label style and approval process.
No. This add-on covers AI images, video, audio and written content in your marketing. Telling people they are talking to an AI agent is a different duty, covered by our AI governance products. If you run both, the two sets of rules can sit side by side in your team's guidance.
Add AI Content Disclosure Setup for one policy, ready label templates and provenance data that survives the trip to each platform.
