What it is
AI Avatar and Voice Clone Setup adds a custom avatar and voice clone of your consenting presenter to our AI video products. It runs in your HeyGen or Synthesia account. You also get a signed consent record, a labeled brand template and three short test videos.
Why businesses buy it
A founder or trainer presenting their own videos builds more trust than a stock face. Getting there alone is fiddly. The recording has to be right, and names and product terms need careful pronunciation. Few teams write down what the presenter agreed to. This add-on handles all three. We send a written recording guide, check the footage and build the avatar and voice in your own account. A signed record covers scope, duration and how consent is withdrawn. Your template carries an AI-disclosure label from the first video.

We charge once for the setup. Your HeyGen or Synthesia plan and any custom avatar fee are paid by you to the platform. In most cases that is the plan your AI video product already uses.

The avatar and voice live in your own video account, so they stay yours. On our AI video products, the parent product's optional monthly maintenance covers changes after the support period, such as new pronunciation entries. On the video pack, questions are answered within its support period.

Questions about this product
Which products can the avatar and voice clone be added to?
It is offered with AI Training Video Generator, AI Sales Video Generator and AI Personalized Video System. It also fits AI Video Localization and the AI Explainer and Training Video Pack. Order it with the product, or later if the product is already running. The avatar is then used in that product's videos instead of a stock presenter.
Who can be the presenter for a custom AI avatar?
Only a real person who agrees to it and signs the consent record. That is usually a founder, trainer or sales leader. We do not build avatars of anyone who has not consented, including public figures, former staff or customers. The record states where the avatar may be used, for how long, and how consent can be withdrawn.
What happens if the presenter leaves the company or withdraws consent?
The signed record sets out how consent is withdrawn. If that happens, you delete the avatar and voice from your HeyGen or Synthesia account and stop using videos that show them. Because everything sits in your own account, you control that step directly. This helps you act responsibly; it is not legal advice.
Do we need studio lighting or a professional camera?
No. Your presenter records at home or in the office, following our written recording guide on a quiet room, simple lighting, framing and what to wear. A recent phone or a good webcam is usually enough. We check the footage and ask for one re-take if needed. A filmed studio shoot is outside this add-on.
Can the cloned voice speak other languages?
One language is included, with lip-sync in that language and up to 50 pronunciation entries. For more voice languages, add the Additional Language Pack, one for each extra language. Some platforms can translate a voice automatically, but we only set up and test the language you ordered.
Why does the template carry an AI-disclosure label?
Viewers should know when a presenter is AI-generated, and some laws and ad platforms expect it. The label is built into your brand template, so every video carries it by default. It helps you prepare for rules such as the EU AI Act's deepfake labeling. It is not legal advice, so check your own situation with counsel.
Who pays for HeyGen or Synthesia and the custom avatar fee?
You do, directly to the platform. The avatar and voice are created inside your own account, so you need a plan that allows custom avatars. Some plans charge a separate fee for a custom avatar. We charge once for the setup work and take no share of platform fees.
