Multi-Currency Store Setup
Adds local currencies to your Shopify or WooCommerce store build, so shoppers in the UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf see prices…
Trade buyers order from the same store as your consumers, at their own prices and terms.
Many brands sell to shops and distributors by email, spreadsheet and phone, because the online store only shows retail prices. Wholesale B2B Store Setup adds trade accounts to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. Buyers apply and you approve them. They then see their own price list and follow your minimum order rules. They order quickly from one form, with invoice payment where supported.

Wholesale B2B Store Setup adds trade accounts to a Shopify or WooCommerce store we build or migrate. It covers approval-based sign-up, up to 3 price lists or tier discounts, and minimum order rules. A quick-order form, trade tax display and invoice payment where supported are included. We test it as a sample trade buyer.
Running trade orders outside the store costs time on both sides. Buyers wait for price sheets, and your team retypes orders into the system. A trade area inside your existing store fixes much of that. Approved buyers log in and see their own prices. Minimums are applied for you, and repeat orders take minutes with a quick-order form. Because it sits in the same store, stock and products stay in one place. Testing as a real trade buyer catches pricing and tax mistakes before customers do.
Approved trade buyers log in to your Shopify or WooCommerce store and order from a quick-order form. Orders land in the store like any other, with no retyping.
Trade registration with your approval keeps trade pricing hidden. Only approved accounts see their price list, set up as one of up to 3 price lists or tier discounts.
Minimum order quantity and value rules are applied at checkout for trade accounts. We test them as a sample trade buyer, so the rules work before launch.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,375 |
Before you start: Before work starts, record how many trade orders you take each month, how they arrive and how long each takes to process.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The wholesale app or plugin fee is billed by the provider to your own account. Fees vary by platform and plan. We charge once for the setup.
Ask about running costsMore than 3 price lists, or customer pricing for more than 25 accounts, is outside this add-on. So are ERP connections and Shopify Plus migration. Note them at checkout for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionThe trade setup is cared for with the rest of the store. On WooCommerce Store Build, webcare24, our WordPress care brand, handles plugin updates, backups, security and fixes after the support period. On Shopify Store Build and Store Migration, the optional monthly maintenance covers it.

No. On standard Shopify plans we use a wholesale app that adds trade accounts, price lists and order rules. Shopify Plus has its own B2B features, but moving to Plus is outside this add-on. If you are already on Plus, tell us at intake and we use its native tools where they fit.
They fill in a trade registration form on your store. It asks for the details you need, such as company name and tax number. You receive the request and approve or decline it. Only approved buyers see trade prices. During testing, your named person approves a sample sign-up so you can see the whole flow.
Where the platform and app support it, yes. We set up net terms or invoice payment so approved buyers can order without paying at checkout. What is possible depends on your platform, plan and payment setup. We confirm the options at intake and note any limits in the test report.
Yes, for up to 25 accounts. Beyond the 3 price lists or tier discounts, we can give individual accounts their own pricing where the app supports it. If you have more than 25 accounts with special prices, tell us at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.
Trade buyers often expect prices without tax, while consumers see prices with it. We set the display rules your accountant confirms, such as showing prices without tax for approved trade accounts. We do not give tax advice, so please get those rules from your accountant before intake.
Not as part of this add-on. Trade orders arrive in your store like other orders, ready to export or process as you do today. If you want them sent automatically to an ERP or accounting system, Integration Pack covers that connection and can be ordered alongside.
Add Wholesale B2B Store Setup and approved trade buyers order online at their own prices, with your minimums and terms applied.
