- Existing listings are corrected and missing ones are created with your exact details, logo and photos.
- Each listing is checked so your name, address and phone match your Google Business Profile exactly.
- You receive a spreadsheet with every listing, its link and its status, including any still awaiting approval.

Twenty-five chosen for your country and industry. They usually include major general directories, map and navigation services, local business sites and a few specific to your trade. We send the list for your approval before starting, and you can swap any directory you would rather not appear on.
Do consistent business listings still matter for local search?
Yes, mainly for trust and accuracy. When your name, address and phone match everywhere, search engines and customers are less likely to see conflicting details. Listings also help people find you on sites they already use. They are one local signal among many, so they support rankings rather than guarantee them.
Can you remove duplicate listings?
Sometimes. Where a directory lets us claim or merge a duplicate, we do. Some directories will not change or remove listings without proof that only the owner can give, and a few refuse entirely. Anything we cannot fix is marked in the spreadsheet so you know where it stands.

Why do you need access to my confirmation emails?
Many directories send a confirmation link before a listing goes live. Without it, listings stay pending. You can give access to that inbox by invite, or ask someone to forward confirmation emails as they arrive. Quick forwarding keeps the pack on schedule and stops listings expiring before approval.
What happens after the citation listings are built?
You receive the spreadsheet with every listing, link and status. Listings stay live as long as each directory keeps them, and they belong to your business. Some directories approve slowly, so pending items are followed up as approvals arrive. Future changes to your details are yours to make, or Local SEO can handle them.
