Shopify Store Build

A Shopify store styled to your brand, with products, payments, shipping and tax configured and tested, ready to sell.

You want a store that simply works, without managing hosting or updates. We set up a Shopify theme you choose and style it to your brand, load up to 50 products from your spreadsheet, and configure payments, shipping profiles and tax. Up to three apps are installed, Google and Meta sales channels connected, and test orders run before launch. Then your team gets a written store admin guide.

What it is

Shopify Store Build is a Shopify store set up and styled to your brand on a theme you choose, ready to sell. It includes up to 50 products loaded from your spreadsheet, payments, shipping profiles and tax settings, up to three apps, Google and Meta sales channels, test orders and a written store admin guide.

Why businesses buy it

Shopify makes opening a store look easy, and the first steps are. The hard part comes after: styling a theme so it looks like your brand, loading products with variants, getting shipping and tax right, and choosing apps without overloading the store. Getting any of these wrong costs sales or time. This build handles each step within a written scope and checks it with test orders before launch. You keep the Shopify account, and your team learns to run it day to day.

Problems this solves

You want to sell online without hiring a developer to run things

We set up a Shopify store styled to your brand on a theme you choose. Shopify hosts it, so your team can manage the store day to day without technical help.

Setting up products, payments, shipping profiles and tax takes too long

We load up to 50 products from your spreadsheet and connect Shopify Payments or your chosen provider. Shipping profiles and tax settings are configured, then checked with test orders.

Your products do not appear where shoppers browse on Google and Meta

Google and Meta sales channels are connected as part of the build. Products can then be shown on those platforms, alongside up to three apps installed for your needs.

Store notifications look generic and confuse buyers

Order and customer notifications are branded to your business. Buyers get recognizable confirmations, and your team gets a written store admin guide.

A good fit if

You want a hosted store where Shopify looks after servers, security and platform updates.
You have up to 50 products, with the product data and images in a spreadsheet.
You plan to sell through Google and Meta as well as on your own store.
Your team wants to run the store day to day without calling a developer.

Not the right fit if

You want to own the code and the hosting, or you already run WordPress. See WooCommerce Store Build.
You need Shopify Plus features, a headless storefront or several stores. Start with a Discovery Sprint for a fixed quote.
You only need a company website with no online sales. See WordPress Business Website.
You need help answering shopper questions once the store is busy. See Shopify AI Support Agent.

How it works

  1. We check your Shopify account, product spreadsheet, shipping rates, tax rules and domain at intake. If you have no account yet, we help you open one.
  2. You choose a theme, and we set it up and style it to your brand, with up to eight content pages such as about, shipping and returns.
  3. Up to 50 products are imported from your spreadsheet, with images and variants such as size or color.
  4. Shopify Payments or your chosen provider is connected, shipping profiles and tax settings are configured, and order notifications are branded.
  5. Up to three apps are installed and set up, analytics and the Google and Meta sales channels are connected, and test orders run for every payment method and shipping profile.
  6. After two rounds of changes your domain is connected, the store goes live, and your team gets a written store admin guide.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • A Shopify account in your name, with a staff account for our team. If you do not have one yet, we help you open it.
  • A product spreadsheet with names, descriptions, variants and images.
  • Your shipping rates and tax rules.
  • Access to your domain so it can be pointed at the store.
  • One person who approves the store design.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Weeks 3–4 Payments, shipping profiles, tax settings, branded notifications, apps and sales channels configured.
Weeks 4–5 Test orders for every payment method and shipping profile, then your review and two rounds of changes.
Week 5 Domain connected, store live, store admin guide delivered, support starts.
Delivery options, in working days (Monday to Friday) from completed intake. If a delay happens, we tell you in writing with a new date.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Lets your team run the store without a developer
  • Can widen reach through Google and Meta sales channels
  • Helps buyers trust the store with clear, branded notifications
Monthly orders
Count orders in Shopify each month after launch, compared with sales before the store opened.
Sales by channel
Use Shopify's sales reports to see orders from the online store, Google and Meta each month.
Store conversion rate
Track Shopify's conversion rate report weekly and compare month on month.

Before you start: Record how and where you sell today and your current monthly orders. Note any channels you hope to add.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment, shown before you buy. After launch you pay for your Shopify plan and any paid apps or paid theme you choose, billed by Shopify and the app makers, plus payment fees on each sale. Hosting is part of the Shopify plan, so there is no separate hosting bill. Every account stays in your name.

Custom requirements

Need more than 50 products, a theme built from scratch, or orders and customers moved from an old store? Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Shopify Plus, headless and multi-store projects start with a Discovery Sprint.

Request a custom version

Keep it running

Shopify runs the hosting and the platform, but themes and apps still change. Optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, theme and app updates, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours for work like new products or seasonal banners. Bigger changes go through a Change Quote, and you can stop maintenance any month.

$199/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Is Shopify or WooCommerce better for a small brand?

Shopify suits brands that want a hosted store they can run without a developer. Shopify looks after hosting, security and platform updates, in return for a monthly plan and some limits on what you can change. WooCommerce gives more control and ownership, but it needs more upkeep. If simplicity matters most, Shopify is usually the better fit.

Who owns the Shopify store you build for me?

You do. The store runs on a Shopify account in your name, and our team works through a staff account you can remove at any time. Your products, orders, customers and theme settings stay in your account. You pay Shopify directly, so nothing depends on us after launch.

Do I need a Shopify account before I order?

No, but you need one before work starts. If you do not have one, we help you open it in your name during intake. You then add our team as staff, which gives us the access we need without sharing your password. Choosing your Shopify plan stays your decision.

Can I use a paid Shopify theme for my store?

Yes. You can choose a free or paid theme from the Shopify Theme Store, and we set it up and style it to your brand. A paid theme is bought by you and billed by Shopify or the theme maker. Building a fully custom theme from scratch is outside this scope and is quoted separately.

When will my Shopify store be ready to sell?

The delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order. It starts once your account access, product spreadsheet and images, shipping and tax rules, and domain access arrive, which should be within 72 hours of ordering. Every day of delay beyond that moves delivery by three working days.

Which apps are included in the Shopify build?

Up to three apps, chosen with you at intake based on what your store needs, such as Klaviyo for email marketing or a reviews app. We install and set each one up. Google and Meta sales channels are connected on top of those three. Paid apps are billed to you by their makers.

How is SEO handled on a Shopify store?

Shopify gives every product and page an editable title, description and clean web address, and we fill these from your product data. Analytics is set up, and the Google sales channel is connected so products can be listed with Google. That is a sound start, not an ongoing SEO service, and rankings are never guaranteed.

What happens once the Shopify store is live?

You get 30 days of support for anything not working as agreed. After that, Shopify keeps the platform running, and optional monthly maintenance covers theme and app updates, fixes, a health report and change hours. Without maintenance, your team handles changes using the written store admin guide.
