What it is

WooCommerce Store Build is a complete online store on WordPress, set up and ready to take orders. It covers store design, up to 50 products loaded from your spreadsheet, up to two payment methods, shipping zones, tax rules, branded order emails, policies pages, ecommerce tracking, test orders and a written store admin guide for your team.

Why businesses buy it

WooCommerce gives you a store you control, with no platform deciding what you can change, but setting it up well takes real time. Payments, shipping zones, tax rules and order emails all have to work together, and one wrong setting can block orders or charge the wrong amount. This build covers all of it within a written scope, then proves it with test orders for every payment method and shipping zone. You start with a working store, your product data in place and a team that knows how to run it.

Problems this solves

You sell through marketplaces and want a store you own outright

We build a complete WooCommerce store on WordPress, ready to take orders. You own the store and its customer relationships, rather than renting space on someone else's platform.

Loading products, payments, shipping and tax feels overwhelming

We load up to 50 products from your spreadsheet and connect up to two payment methods. Shipping zones and tax rules are set up, then checked with test orders.

Order emails look generic and policy pages are missing

Order and customer emails are branded to your business. Store policies pages are laid out from your text, so buyers see clear terms before they pay.

You worry about running the store alone after launch

Your team gets a written store admin guide. It covers everyday tasks such as adding products and handling orders, and a support period follows launch.

A good fit if

You want to own your store and its data on WordPress, rather than rent space on a hosted platform.
You have up to 50 products, with the product data and images ready in a spreadsheet.
You already use WordPress, or you want the freedom to pick your own hosting and plugins.
Someone on your side, or a care plan from webcare24, will keep WordPress and WooCommerce updated.

Not the right fit if

You want a hosted store where the platform looks after hosting, security and updates for you. See Shopify Store Build.
You do not sell online and only need a company website. See WordPress Business Website.
You need memberships, marketplace or ERP connections, or more than 50 products. These sit outside this scope and are quoted through a Change Quote.
You want shoppers who leave items in their cart reminded automatically. See AI Abandoned Cart Agent for WooCommerce.
You want subscribe-and-save products. Add Product Subscriptions Setup to this build rather than ordering a separate project.

How it works

  1. We review your product spreadsheet, payment provider account, shipping rates and tax rules at intake, and flag any gaps early.
  2. The store is designed with home, shop, product, cart and checkout pages, plus up to eight content pages, and sent for your review.
  3. Up to 50 products are imported from your spreadsheet, with images and variations such as size or color.
  4. Up to two payment methods, such as Stripe or PayPal, are connected, and shipping zones, tax rules and branded order emails are set up.
  5. Ecommerce tracking goes in, one email marketing tool is connected, and test orders run for every payment method and shipping zone.
  6. After two rounds of changes the store goes live, and your team gets a written store admin guide.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Hosting and domain access, or your approval for us to set up WooCommerce-ready hosting in your name.
  • A product spreadsheet with names, descriptions, variations and images.
  • Your payment provider account, such as Stripe or PayPal, with access for our team.
  • Your shipping rates, your tax rules and the text for your store policies.
  • Logins shared by adding our team as a user, never sent by email.
  • One person who approves the store design.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Gives you a store and customer list you own
  • Can make checkout clearer, with branded emails and visible policies
  • Helps your team run daily store tasks without a developer
Online orders
Count orders in WooCommerce each month after launch and compare with your previous sales channel.
Checkout conversion
Use ecommerce tracking in analytics to compare sessions with completed orders each month.
Abandoned checkouts
Track checkouts started but not finished in analytics, and watch how the number moves.

Before you start: Record your current monthly online orders and channel fees if you sell elsewhere. Note how product, payment and shipping tasks are handled today.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment, shown before you buy. Running the store usually costs around $20–80 a month for WooCommerce-ready hosting and a domain, plus the fees your payment provider charges on each sale. Premium plugins you choose are billed by their makers. Hosting, payment and plugin accounts all stay in your name.

Keep it running

A store has more moving parts than a brochure site, so we recommend a care plan after the support period. Care for WooCommerce stores is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand: updates tested on staging, restore-tested backups, security checks and fixes, plus routine jobs like new products or seasonal banners. Bigger additions go through a Change Quote with us.

Questions about this product

Should I choose WooCommerce or Shopify for my online store?

Choose WooCommerce if control and ownership matter most. It runs on WordPress and hosting in your name, so you can change almost anything, but updates and security need looking after, by your team or a webcare24 care plan. Shopify is hosted, so Shopify handles those, in exchange for a monthly plan and less control. The right choice depends on how hands-on you want to be.

Who owns the WooCommerce store and its customer data?

You do. WooCommerce is open-source software running on hosting in your name, so the store, products, orders and customer data stay in your own accounts. You get full admin access. If you change developer or host later, the store moves with you, because nothing is locked to our accounts.

Can I add and edit products myself after launch?

Yes. The written store admin guide shows your team how to add products, update stock, manage orders and handle refunds in WooCommerce. Because it is written down, new staff can follow it later. Loading a large batch of extra products beyond the first 50 is quoted through a Change Quote.

What kind of hosting does a WooCommerce store need?

It needs WooCommerce-ready hosting, a step up from basic WordPress hosting because stores handle carts, checkouts and orders. Expect around $20 to $80 a month for hosting and a domain, billed by your host and registrar. Payment fees are separate and charged by your payment provider. We can set hosting up in your name with your approval.

When can my WooCommerce store start taking orders?

The delivery time is shown in the price panel before you order. It counts from a complete intake: product spreadsheet and images, payment account, shipping and tax rules, and hosting access, all within 72 hours of ordering. Each day of delay beyond that moves delivery by three working days, so prepare the product spreadsheet first.

What if my product descriptions are not written yet?

They need to be ready before the import. We load products from your spreadsheet as you supply them, and writing product copy is outside this scope. You can ask for a Change Quote at checkout, or look at AI Product Description Engine for WooCommerce, which drafts product descriptions at scale for your review.

Will my WooCommerce products be found on Google?

They get a sound start, not a promise of rankings. Products get their own pages with titles and URLs taken from your data, and analytics with ecommerce tracking is set up so you can see what sells. If you want products in Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center works with WooCommerce and can be raised at intake.

What happens after my WooCommerce store launches?

You get 30 days of support for anything not working as agreed. After that, a care plan is optional but recommended for a store. Care for WooCommerce stores is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand, covering tested updates, backups, security and fixes. Without one, keeping WordPress, WooCommerce and plugins updated and secure is your team's job.
