WordPress Business Website

A credible, easy-to-edit WordPress website that explains what you do and makes it simple for customers to get in touch.

Your website is often the first place a customer checks you out. We build a WordPress site of up to eight pages on a fast, well-supported theme, edit your copy from the material you send, and set up a contact form, maps and click-to-call. Every page gets basic SEO. Your team gets a written editor guide, so updating text and images never needs a developer.

  • Up to eight pages that clearly explain what you do
  • Your team updates text and images without a developer

What it is

WordPress Business Website is a professional website of up to eight pages, built on a fast, well-supported WordPress theme. It includes up to 2,500 words of copy edited from your material, a spam-protected contact form, maps, click-to-call, basic on-page SEO on every page, analytics and a written editor guide for your team.

Why businesses buy it

An outdated or half-finished website quietly costs you work, because people check you online before they call. Doing it yourself on a website builder takes far more evenings than expected, and an agency project without a fixed scope can run longer than planned. This build gives you a written scope: the number of pages, the amount of copy, the forms, the SEO basics and the checks run before launch. The site sits on hosting in your name, and the editor guide means your team can keep it current.

Problems this solves

Your current website looks dated and puts off new customers

We design and build a professional WordPress website of up to eight pages on a fast, well-supported theme. It gives visitors a clear, credible picture of your business on any screen.

Updating the old site needs a developer for every small change

Your team gets a written editor guide. Staff learn to change text, images and pages themselves, without waiting for outside help.

Visitors cannot quickly find how to call, visit or contact you

The site includes a spam-protected contact form, maps and click-to-call. Enquiries can go to your email and one CRM or email tool, so contacts reach the right place.

Search engines struggle to understand what each page is about

Basic on-page SEO is set up on every page, and Analytics and Search Console are connected. You can see how people find the site from launch onwards.

A good fit if

Your current website is outdated or hard to edit, or you do not have one yet.
You need a handful of pages, such as home, services, about, team and contact, rather than a single landing page.
You have text for each page, or notes we can edit into clear copy.
Your team wants to update text and images themselves after launch.

Not the right fit if

You only need one page for a single offer or campaign. See WordPress Landing Page.
You want to sell products online with a cart and checkout. See WooCommerce Store Build or Shopify Store Build.
You need online bookings, a second language or more than eight pages. These sit outside this scope and are quoted through a Change Quote.
You need regular articles written to bring in search traffic. See Content Pack: 4 Articles.
You want a full SEO plan, not just the on-page basics. See SEO Audit and Roadmap.

How it works

  1. We agree the page list, up to eight pages, and the main action each page should lead visitors to.
  2. You send your text or notes for each page, and we edit them into up to 2,500 words of clear, consistent copy.
  3. The design is set on a fast, well-supported WordPress theme in your brand colors, then every page is built and filled.
  4. The contact form, maps, click-to-call and one CRM or email tool are connected, and basic on-page SEO is set on every page.
  5. You review the whole site and get two rounds of changes, while we run mobile, speed, form and link checks.
  6. The site goes live with analytics and search console connected, and your team gets a written editor guide.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Hosting and domain access, or your approval for us to set them up in your name.
  • Your logo, brand colors and the photos you want to use.
  • Text for each page, or notes we can edit from, covering what you do, who you serve and how to reach you.
  • Logins shared by adding our team as a user, never sent by email.
  • One person who approves the design and the content.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • A live WordPress website of up to eight pages, designed and built for your business
  • Up to 2,500 words of copy edited from your material
  • A spam-protected contact form, maps, click-to-call and one CRM or email tool connected
  • Basic on-page SEO on every page, with Analytics and Search Console connected
  • A speed and mobile test report and a written editor guide
  • A post-launch support period for fixes and questions

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can make your business look more credible to first-time visitors
  • Lets your team make everyday edits without a developer
  • Makes it easier for visitors to contact you
Contact enquiries
Compare form submissions and calls from the site for the two months before launch and the two months after.
Search impressions and clicks
Track impressions and clicks in Search Console month by month from launch.
Edits made in-house
Count site changes your team makes themselves in the first quarter, versus requests sent to outside help before.

Before you start: Record monthly enquiries from your current site and its search clicks if you have Search Console. Note what edits you paid for in the last year.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is paid once, and the price is shown before you buy. To keep the site online you will pay around $10–50 a month for WordPress hosting and a domain, billed by your host and registrar. If you pick a premium theme or plugin, its maker bills you directly. Every account stays in your name.

Keep it running

After the support period, ongoing care is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand. Its care plans test updates on staging, run restore-tested backups, watch security and fix problems, so routine edits like a new team member or updated service text are easy to order. Larger additions to the site go through a Change Quote with us.

Questions about this product

Why use WordPress for a small business website?

WordPress is widely used, well supported and not tied to one company. Your site can move between hosts, many developers know it, and a large choice of themes and plugins exists if you need more later. We build on a fast, well-supported theme and keep the plugin list short, which makes the site easier to keep updated and secure.

Who owns my business website once it is built?

You do. The hosting and domain sit in your name, or we work in accounts you already hold, and you get full admin access to WordPress. The pages, copy and images belong to your business. Nothing is locked to us, so you can change host or bring in another developer whenever you like.

Will my team be able to update the website without help?

Yes. The site is built so your team can change text and images in WordPress without touching code. A written editor guide is included, so new staff can follow it later. Bigger changes, like a new page layout, go through a Change Quote, and routine edits can be handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand.

Can you set up hosting for my new business website?

Yes, with your approval. We set up WordPress hosting and a domain in your name, so you hold the accounts and the bills. That usually runs around $10 to $50 a month, paid to your host and registrar, not to us. If you already have hosting and a domain, we can use those instead.

When will my new business website be ready?

The delivery time is in the price panel before you order. It starts from a complete intake, which means your page text or notes, brand files and hosting access within 72 hours of ordering. Each day beyond that moves delivery by three working days, so gathering your text early is the biggest help you can give.

What if I do not have text ready for every page?

Notes are enough. Send bullet points or old copy for each page, and we edit them into up to 2,500 words of clear text across the site. Writing every page from nothing is outside this scope. If you need that, add a note at checkout and we send a written Change Quote.

Does the business website include SEO?

Yes, the basics. Each page gets a proper title, description and clean headings, and Google Analytics and Search Console are connected. Your Google Business Profile can be linked too. That gives search engines a clean start, but it is not an ongoing SEO campaign, and no one can honestly promise rankings.

What support do I get after the website launches?

You get 30 days of support to fix anything that does not work as agreed. After that, webcare24, our WordPress care brand, can look after the site with a monthly care plan covering tested updates, backups, security and fixes. Without one, the site keeps running on your hosting, and keeping WordPress, the theme and plugins updated becomes your responsibility.

Give customers a website they can trust.

Order the WordPress Business Website and get up to eight clear pages your team can update, with forms, SEO basics and tracking ready at launch.
