Knowledge and RAG

Most companies already have the answers. They are just buried in drives, wikis, chat threads and old documents. The Knowledge & RAG range turns that scattered material into assistants and search that give cited answers. Choose a knowledge hub, internal search, policy Q&A or a knowledge base builder, with editions for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Notion and Slack.

What problems do these knowledge products solve?

The common pain is time lost hunting. Staff ask colleagues instead of searching, because search rarely finds the right file. New hires repeat old mistakes because decisions were never written down. The AI Knowledge Agent answers staff questions from your documents with citations, and AI Company Memory captures decisions, context and lessons from meetings and threads.

  • Cited answers from your own documents
  • One search across your internal tools
  • Decisions and lessons captured from meetings and threads
  • Policy answers that quote the exact source clause
  • Gaps in your documentation found and listed

How do you choose between a hub, an agent and search?

The AI Company Knowledge Hub unifies documents, wikis and drives into one cited Q&A assistant for the whole company. The AI Knowledge Agent focuses on answering staff questions from your documents with citations. AI Internal Search suits teams who would rather see ranked results across their tools than a written answer.

Then pick the edition for where your knowledge lives. Hub, agent and search editions exist for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Confluence and Notion, and the hub also has a Slack edition. Industry editions of the hub suit professional services, SaaS, financial services, healthcare administration, logistics, construction, agencies, manufacturing and legal operations.

What if your documentation is thin?

Answers are only as good as the material behind them. The AI Knowledge Gap Finder shows which questions your documentation cannot answer yet. The AI Knowledge Base Builder turns scattered documents into a structured, maintained knowledge base, and the AI FAQ Generator builds FAQ sets from tickets, calls and documents. Fill the gaps first and every assistant gets better.

Questions buyers ask

Will people see documents they should not have access to?

The editions are built to respect the access rules you already have. The Confluence and Notion editions of AI Internal Search respect existing permissions, and the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 editions work within approved scopes. Your IT team can review what each edition reads before anything is connected.

What does RAG mean here?

RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. In plain terms, the assistant first finds the relevant passages in your own documents, then writes an answer based on them and shows where that answer came from. That is why these products give cited answers instead of guessing, and why keeping source documents current matters so much.

Can staff ask policy questions and get the exact rule?

Yes. AI Policy Q&A answers employee questions about policies and quotes the exact source clause, so people read the actual rule instead of a loose summary. AI Document Q&A does something similar for any document set you choose, which suits contracts, manuals or product terms that people check often.
