Help Center Content Build

A help center filled with clear, accurate answers to the questions customers really ask, written for people and AI agents alike.

An AI support agent can only answer what is written down, and most help centers are thin. Help Center Content Build fills the gaps with 25 articles based on what customers really ask. We study your tickets, send your expert a written questionnaire, and write one clear answer per article. Then we publish them with categories and links, and leave a style guide for your team.

  • 25 articles ranked by real ticket volume
  • Written from tickets and your expert's written answers
  • Published with categories, links and a style guide

What it is

Help Center Content Build is a one-time writing service for your help center. We find your most common questions from real tickets and a written questionnaire your expert answers. Then we write, edit and publish 25 articles of 400 to 900 words each. A short style guide helps your team keep going.

Why businesses buy it

Thin help content is one of the most common reasons AI support agents give vague or wrong answers. It also means customers open tickets for questions that could be answered in seconds. Writing articles rarely happens, because the people who know the answers are busy answering tickets. This service does the writing for you. We start from real tickets, so the articles match what people ask. Your expert checks the facts, and we handle the drafting, editing and publishing.

Problems this solves

Your AI agent gives vague answers because the help center is thin

We write 25 focused articles, each answering one question with a clear title, steps and policy wording. That structure gives customers and AI agents a clear source to answer from.

Nobody knows which help articles are worth writing first

We review your ticket history and rank 25 topics by how often customers ask about them. You approve the article plan before any writing starts.

The people who know the answers have no time to write

A written questionnaire for your subject-matter expert captures the details tickets miss. We do the drafting and editing, and your expert only reviews the finished articles.

Articles get written once and then the format drifts

You get a 1-page help-content style guide and a list of 10 further topics. Your team can keep writing in the same format after we finish.

A good fit if

Your help center has fewer than 30 useful articles, and the same questions keep arriving as tickets.
You are launching an AI support agent, or already run one, and it can only answer what is written down.
You have someone who knows the product and policies and can answer a written questionnaire.
Your help center runs on a platform such as Zendesk Guide, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Gorgias or HubSpot.

Not the right fit if

You want an AI agent that answers customers from your help content. See AI Customer Support Agent.
You want an internal assistant that answers staff questions from company documents. See AI Knowledge Agent.
Your helpdesk itself still needs setting up, with channels, macros and routing. See Helpdesk Setup.
You need developer or API documentation. That is outside this service and is quoted separately.

How it works

  1. You share a ticket export or read access, help-center admin access, and the name of your subject-matter expert.
  2. We rank the questions customers ask most and send you a plan of 25 article topics to approve.
  3. Your expert answers a written questionnaire, with follow-up questions by email, to capture the details tickets do not show.
  4. We write 25 articles, each answering one question with a clear title, steps and policy wording.
  5. Every article is edited and checked against your policies, then revised once after your review.
  6. We publish the articles with categories and internal links, and hand over a style guide and a list of 10 more topics.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • A ticket export, or read access to your helpdesk by invite.
  • Admin access to your help center, by invite or a key you control.
  • One subject-matter expert to answer the questionnaire and approve articles.
  • Screenshots for the articles that need them.
  • Approval of the article plan within 3 working days.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • 25 articles of 400 to 900 words each, edited and checked against your policies
  • All 25 articles published to your help center with categories and internal links

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps customers find answers without opening a ticket
  • Gives AI support agents clearer content to answer from
  • Makes it easier for your team to keep writing in one format
Tickets on covered topics
Tag tickets for the 25 topics in your helpdesk and compare monthly counts before and after publishing.
Article views and helpful votes
Read views and helpful ratings for each article from your help-center analytics each month.
AI agent resolution rate
If you run an AI agent, compare its resolution rate in the platform's reports before and after the articles go live.

Before you start: Before publishing, record monthly ticket counts for the top topics and your AI agent's current resolution rate, if you have one.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

There are no running costs. The articles are published into the help center you already pay for, and you do not need any new tools. Keeping the articles up to date after delivery is up to your team, guided by the style guide.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

This is a one-time build, so there is no maintenance plan. The articles are yours, and the style guide helps your team write new ones in the same format. The list of 10 further topics shows what to write next. If an AI agent answers from this content, AI Agent Tuning Retainer can review its answers each month.

Questions about this product

How do you decide which 25 help articles to write?

From your real tickets. We review your ticket export, group the questions, and rank topics by how often customers ask them. You approve the plan before writing starts. Topics that tickets cannot explain fully, such as edge cases and policy details, are filled in through a written questionnaire your expert answers.

Why does help-center structure matter for an AI support agent?

Because AI agents find and quote answers more reliably from focused articles. An article that answers one question, with a clear title, steps and exact policy wording, is easier to retrieve. Long pages covering many topics are harder. Better content often improves AI answers more than changing the AI tool itself, though no content can promise perfect answers.

Who checks that the help articles are accurate?

Your subject-matter expert, with our editors. We write from your tickets and your expert's written answers, then check every article against your policies before you see it. Your expert reviews the drafts and requests one round of revisions. We do not provide legal or regulatory review of policy wording, so check sensitive policies with your own adviser.

Which help-center platforms do you publish to?

One of Zendesk Guide, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Gorgias, HubSpot Knowledge Base or Notion. We publish the articles with categories and internal links, so readers can move between related topics. For two help centers, or the same content on a second platform, add a note at checkout for a Change Quote.

Do you create the screenshots for the help articles?

No, you supply them. Your team knows the current screens and has the right access, so screenshots from you stay accurate. We tell you exactly which screenshots each article needs and where they go. Product videos are not included either, but we can quote them through a Change Quote.

Can you write help articles in more than one language?

The build covers one language. Translation is not included, because each language needs its own review of policy wording and product terms. If you pair the build with an AI support product, the Additional Language Pack can extend that product to more languages. Otherwise, ask for a Change Quote at checkout.

What happens after the help articles are published?

You own the articles, and you get 14 days of support. During that time you can ask about any article or the style guide. After that, your team keeps them up to date as products and policies change. The list of 10 further topics shows the next most useful articles to write.
