Technical SEO Fix Sprint

The 25 technical SEO issues that matter most on your site, fixed and checked rather than just reported.

Many SEO audits end as a long list of warnings that nobody has time to fix. Technical SEO Fix Sprint changes that for Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom-built sites. We agree the 25 issues that matter most, then fix them on your site, from redirects and indexing to canonicals and sitemaps. A re-crawl confirms the fixes, and you get a clear before-and-after log.

  • Your top 25 technical issues fixed, not just reported
  • Redirects, canonicals, indexing and sitemaps corrected
  • A re-crawl and before-and-after fix log

What it is

Technical SEO Fix Sprint is a one-time project that fixes up to 25 technical issues on Shopify, Webflow, Wix or custom sites. We agree the list from your audit or our own crawl. Then we correct redirects, broken links, canonicals, indexing, sitemaps and robots.txt. On WordPress, technical and speed fixes go to webcare24.

Why businesses buy it

Technical problems quietly hold back good pages. A broken redirect, a wrong canonical or a blocked section can keep content out of search however well it is written. Audits find these issues, but the fixes need someone with access, patience and care not to break anything. The sprint gives you that, with a fixed list agreed upfront and your approval before each change goes live. You end with a cleaner site and a record of every change. Rankings still depend on content and competition, so the sprint removes barriers rather than promising results.

Problems this solves

An SEO audit lists technical problems but nobody has fixed them

We agree the top 25 issues from your audit or our own crawl, then fix them on your site. A before-and-after fix log records every change we make.

Broken links and redirect chains send visitors to dead ends

We correct redirects and broken links and build a redirect map for changed or broken URLs. A re-crawl after the fixes confirms the dead ends are gone.

Important pages are missing from Google's index

Indexing problems, canonicals, the XML sitemap and robots.txt are corrected as part of the agreed list. Search Console checks after the fixes show whether pages are being picked up.

Slow pages frustrate visitors before the content even loads

On Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom sites, speed basics can be part of the agreed list. WordPress speed work is handled by webcare24, and server changes are out of scope.

A good fit if

You have an SEO audit full of technical warnings, and nobody on the team has had time to work through them.
Pages have dropped out of Google's index, or Search Console keeps flagging redirect, canonical or sitemap errors.
Your site runs on Shopify, Webflow, Wix or a custom build, and we can be given admin access.
You want a clear before-and-after record of what was changed, so future work starts from a clean base.

Not the right fit if

You do not know what is wrong yet and want a full diagnosis with a plan first. See SEO Audit and Roadmap.
You want fixes, articles and links handled every month, not a single sprint. See Growth SEO.
Your site needs a new design or theme rather than fixes to the current one. See Website Redesign.
The problem is how AI assistants read your pages rather than search crawlers. See AI Search Fix Pack.
Your site runs on WordPress. Technical fixes and speed work there are handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand.

How it works

  1. We review your latest audit, or crawl the site first with your approval, and agree the top 25 issues with you.
  2. Issues are ranked by impact, so indexing and redirect problems that block whole sections come first.
  3. We fix them on your site: redirects, broken links, canonicals, indexing settings, sitemaps, robots.txt and speed basics your platform allows.
  4. Every change is logged with a before-and-after note, and nothing goes live without your named approver's sign-off.
  5. We re-crawl the site and check Search Console, then hand over the fix log with a written handover report.

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • One person who approves changes before they go live.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • An agreed list of the top 25 issues
  • Up to 25 technical issues fixed on your site
  • A redirect map for changed or broken URLs
  • An updated XML sitemap and robots.txt
  • A before-and-after fix log and a re-crawl check
  • A written handover report

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps search engines crawl and index the pages you care about
  • Can give visitors fewer dead ends and faster pages
  • Turns an audit that sat unused into finished, logged work
Crawl errors
Compare the issue count in the original crawl with the re-crawl after the fixes.
Indexed pages
Track indexed and excluded pages in Search Console's pages report for the months after the sprint.
Page experience
Check the Core Web Vitals report in Search Console before work starts and again a month later.

Before you start: Save your current crawl or audit results and a Search Console export of indexed pages and errors.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

There are no running costs. If a fix needs a paid plugin or app, such as a redirect manager, we explain why and only install it with your approval. You pay for it directly from your own account.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

This is a one-time sprint, so there is no ongoing fee. The fix log is yours, and you can send us questions during the support period. Sites pick up new technical issues as content changes, so Growth SEO or Ecommerce SEO can keep watch each month if you want ongoing help.

Questions about this product

Do I need an SEO audit before ordering the fix sprint?

No. If you have a recent audit, we use it to agree the top 25 issues. If you do not, we crawl the site first with your approval and build the list from that. Either way, you see and approve the list before any change is made, so the sprint focuses on what matters to you.

What counts as one technical issue?

One problem with one root cause, even if it affects many pages. A redirect chain across a whole section counts as one issue if one fix solves it. A missing canonical on a single template counts once. We explain how each item is counted when we agree the list, so there are no surprises later.

Will fixing technical issues improve my rankings?

It can help, but no one can promise it. Technical fixes remove barriers that stop search engines crawling and indexing your pages properly. Whether rankings or traffic then improve depends on your content, your competitors and search engine changes. We show you exactly what was fixed and what Search Console reports afterwards.

Can the sprint fix site speed problems?

Partly, on Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom sites. We fix speed basics the platform allows, such as image sizes, unused scripts and caching settings. Deep speed work, such as rewriting a theme or moving hosts, is outside the sprint. On WordPress, speed and Core Web Vitals work is handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand.

What if my site has more than 25 technical issues?

We fix the 25 that matter most and list the rest. Most sites have a long tail of minor warnings that make little difference. Anything left over goes in the fix log, ranked, so your developer can carry on. If you want us to handle more, extra issues can be quoted through a Change Quote.

What happens after the Technical SEO Fix Sprint ends?

You keep the fix log, redirect map and updated sitemap, and get 14 days of support for questions. You can remove our access straight away. If you want someone watching for new issues each month, Growth SEO or Ecommerce SEO can carry on from the clean base the sprint leaves behind.

Does the Technical SEO Fix Sprint work on WordPress sites?

No. On WordPress, technical fixes such as redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt and speed are handled by webcare24, our WordPress care brand, as fixed-price fixes. This sprint is built for Shopify, Webflow, Wix and custom-coded sites. If your audit came from SEO Audit and Roadmap, its WordPress fixes are already listed with webcare24 fix codes.
