AI Catalog Optimization
Finds and fixes missing attributes, duplicates and inconsistencies in your catalog.
Your product feed goes to Google Merchant Center and marketplaces complete, consistent and ready to be approved.
Products with vague titles, missing attributes or feed errors get disapproved or shown to the wrong shoppers, and the budget behind them goes nowhere. This add-on cleans the feed your Upmark Labs product sends to Google Merchant Center and the marketplaces you sell on. Titles and attributes are improved from your own product data, and errors are fixed and tracked until items are approved.

Product Feed Optimization is an add-on for Upmark Labs AI catalog builds. It uses AI to write feed titles and attributes from your own product data. It also fixes feed errors before items go to Google Merchant Center and marketplaces. To set up Merchant Center and a store feed, see Google Merchant Center Feed or Shopping Ads Launch.
A shopping listing is only as good as the feed behind it. When titles are vague or attributes are missing, products are rejected or matched to the wrong searches, and every week they stay that way is lost sales. Fixing feeds by hand takes hours and breaks again with the next upload. This add-on builds the fixes into the product that produces your feed, so new items arrive clean. The Scope Card names the channels and checks before you order, so nothing is left open.
Product Feed Optimization fixes feed errors before submission and tracks disapproved items through resubmission. You can see which products are live and which still need attention.
Titles, attributes and categories in the feed are improved before submission. Listings then carry clearer, fuller details, which helps Google and marketplaces match products to shopper searches.
Fixes are made in the feeds your existing product sends, not in a one-off file. The documentation explains the changes so they hold for future feeds.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Export your Merchant Center diagnostics and approved product count. Note current listing clicks.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Feed optimization uses some AI model usage to write titles and attributes, billed to your own account. Merchant Center is free to use; marketplace fees are charged by each marketplace as now.
Ask about running costsFeeds for channels beyond those agreed at intake, ad campaign setup, or price and stock rules are outside this add-on. Add a checkout note for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionFeed rules change and new products arrive every season. Keeping the feed clean uses the change hours of the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price.

Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Feed management tools bill monthly, often by product count | A shopping agency charges a monthly retainer | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Content | Rules you write yourself | Depends on the brief | Ours improves titles and attributes from your own data |
| Errors | Flagged for you to fix | Set per project | Ours are fixed and tracked through resubmission |
Google Merchant Center and the marketplaces agreed at intake. Each destination has its own title rules, required attributes and categories, so we set rules per channel. If you want more channels than were agreed, list them in the checkout note and any extra work is quoted first.
We fix the feed problems that cause disapprovals, such as missing attributes, wrong categories or policy-breaking titles, and resubmit. Approval decisions belong to Google and each marketplace, so nobody can promise them. Any products still flagged at the end are listed with the reason.
No. Titles and attributes are built from your own product data. Where a required attribute is genuinely missing, such as a size or material, we list it for you to supply rather than guessing. Invented attributes risk disapproval and misleading customers.
No. Prices and stock levels come from your store as they do today. This add-on works on titles, attributes, categories and feed errors. Price or stock rules, such as sale price handling, are a separate scope that can be quoted.
Yes. The fixes are built into the step where your product creates the feed, so new items get the same title, attribute and category rules as the rest. If a channel changes its requirements, or you start selling in a new category, updating the rules fits within the change hours of the parent product's maintenance.
Yes. The feed is submitted from accounts in your name, for Google Merchant Center and each marketplace. You keep ownership of the accounts and their data. If an account is not set up yet, create it before intake so the work can start on time.
Add Product Feed Optimization and your feed to Google Merchant Center and marketplaces is corrected, filled from your own data and tracked until your products are approved.
