Multi-Brand Setup

Run several brands on one product, each with its own voice and knowledge, so no customer hears the wrong brand.

Running several brands on separate systems is expensive, but sharing one system risks a customer hearing the wrong brand's name or policy. This add-on configures the product you already run for several brands, each with its own voice, knowledge and routing. Answers are tested for cross-brand leaks, so each customer only ever hears the brand they came to.

  • Gives each brand its own voice, greeting and knowledge
  • Tests that answers never cross between brands
  • Runs every brand from one product and one setup

What it is

Multi-Brand Setup is an add-on that configures one Upmark Labs product for several brands, each with a separate voice and separate knowledge. A customer of one brand only ever hears that brand's tone, names and answers. Separation is tested for leaks before launch.

Why businesses buy it

Group businesses, franchises and agencies with several brands often face a choice between paying for a build per brand or accepting a generic assistant. Neither is great. One product with properly separated brands keeps costs down while protecting each brand's identity and policies. The real risk is leakage, where one brand's answer appears in another's conversation. The written scope covers separate voice, knowledge and routing per brand, with tests designed to catch any leaks before launch.

Problems this solves

Running several brands means paying for and managing separate products

Multi-Brand Setup configures one Upmark Labs product to serve several brands. Each brand has its own voice and its own knowledge, while you manage a single setup.

A customer of one brand hears another brand's name or answers

Brands are kept separate, so customers only hear their brand's tone, names and answers. Separation is tested for leaks before launch, and results are in the test report.

Each brand's tone gets blurred into one generic voice

Every brand gets a distinct voice configured inside the shared product. The updated documentation records each brand's settings, so they can stay separate as your team makes changes.

A good fit if

Your company runs more than one brand, and each has its own customers and style.
The brands share a team or back office, so one product makes more sense than several.
Each brand has its own FAQs, policies or product range that must not mix.
You run an Upmark Labs product, or are ordering one alongside this.

Not the right fit if

You have one brand across several branches. Multi-Location Setup handles branch details.
You only want one brand's tone adjusted. Custom Persona and Brand Voice Tuning covers a single voice.
You need more documents added for one brand. Knowledge Base Expansion adds sources.
Your brands need entirely different products, such as a voice agent for one and a chatbot for another. Order those separately.

How it works

  1. Brands are profiled. For each brand we collect its tone, names, greetings and the knowledge that belongs to it.
  2. Knowledge is separated. Each brand's documents and FAQs are kept apart, so answers never draw on another brand's material.
  3. The brand is recognized. The product identifies the brand from the channel, number, website or inbox the customer used.
  4. Voice and handoffs follow the brand. Replies use that brand's tone, and handoffs reach the team that serves it.
  5. Every brand is tested with the parent product for leaks between brands, then reviewed by you with one revision round.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Running costs

Model usage follows total volume across brands and stays in your own accounts. Each brand may need its own channel, such as a separate number or WhatsApp sender, billed by that provider.

Custom requirements

Separate reporting or dashboards per brand, or different workflows for each brand, go beyond this add-on. Describe them in the checkout note for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

Updating one brand's knowledge or tone uses the change hours of the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price, so several brands get more room.

Questions about this product

Can one brand's answers leak into another's?

Not if the separation holds, and we test for exactly that. Each brand's knowledge is kept apart, and testing includes questions designed to tempt the product into using another brand's material. Any leak found is fixed before launch, and the test report lists the checks.

How does the product know which brand a customer belongs to?

From where they arrived. Each brand usually has its own website, phone number, WhatsApp sender or inbox, and the product reads that. Where two brands share a channel, the product asks. We agree the method for each channel during intake.

How many brands can Multi-Brand Setup handle?

The brands agreed at intake for your order. The scope depends on how much knowledge and tone work each brand needs, so there is no fixed published number. If you plan many brands, describe them in the checkout note and you will see any Change Quote before work begins.

Can the brands share some information?

Yes. Shared material, such as group policies or a common returns process, can sit in one place for all brands while brand-specific material stays separate. We agree which is which at intake, so shared answers stay consistent and brand answers stay distinct.

Can another brand be added after Multi-Brand Setup is live?

Yes. Brands beyond those agreed at intake are added through a Change Quote, priced before work starts, and tested for leaks like the originals. Updating an existing brand's knowledge or tone is maintenance work. The setup follows the delivery speed chosen for the product, with a fixed price and date shown before you pay.

Do handoffs go to different teams per brand?

They can. Each brand can have its own handoff destination, such as a separate helpdesk queue or inbox, or all brands can share one team. The handoff carries the brand name, so whoever picks it up knows which brand voice to reply in.

Every brand sounds like itself.

Add Multi-Brand Setup and one product serves each of your brands with its own voice and knowledge, tested so answers never cross over.
