What it is

Logo and Brand Kit is a one-time design service for a new logo and the basics around it. We present three logo concepts, refine your chosen one over up to three revision rounds, set a color palette and font pairing, write a one-page style guide and deliver a full file set.

Why businesses buy it

A logo built from a template can look fine at first, then cause trouble later. Files come out blurry on signs, colors drift between printers, and nobody remembers which font was used. This kit avoids that. You get original concepts, a proper revision process and files tested at every size. The one-page style guide keeps everyone using the brand the same way, from your team to your printer. It covers the basics most small businesses need, without the cost of a full brand strategy project.

Problems this solves

A homemade logo makes the business look less established

We present three logo concepts, then refine the one you choose over up to three revision rounds. The final logo is checked at small and large sizes.

Colors and fonts change from one document to the next

We set a color palette with codes for print and screen, plus a font pairing. A one-page style guide records the rules for anyone who uses them.

Printers and designers keep asking for different logo files

You get a full file set in vector and image formats, in color and mono versions. Each file is checked before handover, ready for print, web and social.

A rebrand stalls because nobody can agree on a direction

Three distinct concepts give your team real options to compare. Up to three revision rounds on the chosen one let you refine it without starting over.

A good fit if

You are starting a business, or your current logo was a quick fix that no longer fits.
You need a logo that works in print, on your website and on social profiles, in color and mono.
You can describe your business, your audience and the style you like, with a few examples.
You want the basics settled now, without paying for a full brand strategy project.

Not the right fit if

You are buying a website, store or social media package from us anyway. The Logo and Mini Brand Kit add-on fits alongside it.
You need detailed brand guidelines, packaging or print design. Add a note at checkout for a Change Quote.
You need a trademark search or registration. That needs a trademark attorney, not a designer.
You want your team to produce on-brand images with AI tools. See AI Brand Asset Generator.

How it works

  1. You send a short brief on your business, audience and style, with logos you like and dislike.
  2. We design three distinct logo concepts and present them with the thinking behind each.
  3. You choose one, and we refine it over up to three revision rounds until it feels right.
  4. We set a color palette with print and screen codes, and pair fonts for headings and body text.
  5. We check every file at small and large sizes, in color and mono, then write a one-page style guide.
  6. The full file set and style guide are delivered to a shared folder you control.

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Your business name and any tagline you want included.
  • A short brief on your business, your audience and the style you have in mind.

  • A shared folder you control, where we deliver the files.
  • One person who makes the final design decisions.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • Three logo concepts
  • Your chosen logo, refined over up to three revision rounds
  • A color palette with print and screen codes, and a font pairing
  • A one-page style guide
  • A full file set in vector and image formats, in color and mono
  • A post-launch support period

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can make the business look more established at first glance
  • Helps everything you produce look like it comes from one brand
  • Makes it easy to send the right file to any printer or designer
Brand consistency
A month after handover, list your website, social and documents and count how many use the new logo, colors and fonts.
File requests
Note how often staff or suppliers ask for logo files before and after the file set arrives.
First impressions
Ask a handful of customers or partners for their reaction to the old and new logo.

Before you start: Gather every place your current logo appears and note which colors and fonts are in use today.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

There are no running costs. Most of the fonts we suggest are free to use. If you choose a paid font, you buy its license directly, so it stays in your name.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

This is a one-off design project, so there is nothing to maintain. The logo, files and style guide are yours from delivery, and you have 14 days to ask questions about using them. When you are ready to put the brand to work, see WordPress Business Website or Social Media Starter.

Questions about this product

Do I own the logo and all the files?

Yes. Once the project is delivered, the logo and every file in the kit are yours to use, change and register as you wish. We deliver them into a shared folder you control. The only exception is a paid font, which is used under the license you buy from its maker.

What file formats are in the brand kit?

Vector files for print and large signs, plus image files for websites, documents and social profiles. Each comes in color and mono versions, and on light and dark backgrounds where needed. We check every file at small and large sizes, so the logo stays clear on a business card and on a banner.

What if I do not like any of the three logo concepts?

Tell us why, and we use that in revisions. The three concepts are deliberately different, so most people find a direction they want to build on. If none of them fits, we use your feedback to steer the first revision round. A completely new set of concepts can be quoted through a Change Quote.

Does the brand kit include a trademark check?

No. We design original work and avoid copying known marks, but we do not run trademark searches or file registrations. Before you invest heavily in signs or packaging, a trademark attorney can check whether the name and logo are clear to use in your markets.

What should I put in the brief for my logo?

A few plain sentences are enough. Tell us what your business does, who your customers are and how you want to come across, such as friendly, premium or practical. Add your business name, any tagline, and a few logos you like and dislike with a line on why. Those examples often help more than long descriptions.

How is this different from the Logo and Mini Brand Kit add-on?

Both start with three logo concepts, a color palette and a font pairing. The add-on is sold only with a website, store or social media package, with two revision rounds and a one-page brand sheet. Logo and Brand Kit stands on its own and adds a third revision round. Its style guide sets rules for using the logo, colors and fonts.
