Creative Template Pack
Your creative or video product starts every piece from an on-brand template, so output looks like one family.
If every new post, ad or video starts from a blank canvas, your output drifts and your brand starts to look like several companies. This add-on designs templates for the formats you publish most and builds them into your Upmark Labs creative or video product. You see and approve each layout first, and your team can still adjust the content of every piece.
- Posts, ads and videos that look like one brand family
- Faster creative because every piece starts from an approved layout
- Templates you approve before they are built

What it is
Creative Template Pack is an add-on that adds a set of on-brand templates to an existing Upmark Labs creative or video product. Layouts for the formats you use most are designed to your brand and built into the product as starting points. You approve each design before it is built, so output looks consistent from the first piece.
Why businesses buy it
Consistency is what makes a brand recognizable, and it is the first thing lost when output grows. Without templates, each new creative is reinvented, reviews take longer, and small differences pile up across channels. This pack gives your creative product a set of approved starting points, so new work is quicker to make and easier to approve. The Scope Card lists the formats and revision round up front, so you know exactly which templates you will get.
Problems this solves
Every new piece of creative starts from a blank canvas
Creative Template Pack adds on-brand templates for the formats you use most. They are built into your creative or video product as starting points for new work.
Output looks different every time and weakens your brand
Templates are designed to your brand, so each new piece starts from the same colors, type and layout. Output can then stay consistent from the very first piece onwards.
Templates get built that nobody on the team actually likes
You approve each design before it is built into the product. Only layouts you are happy with become templates, and the documentation records each one.

How it works
- Formats are chosen. We agree which formats and sizes your team uses most, such as square posts, stories or short video intros.
- Templates are designed. Each layout follows your brand: logo placement, colors, fonts and space for the product's content.
- You approve the designs. One revision round is included at the design stage, before anything is built.
- Templates are built into the product. The parent product uses them as starting points for new creative.
- Sample creative is produced from each template to confirm the fit, then handed over with a written walkthrough.

What you receive at handover
- A set of on-brand templates built into your creative or video product
- Layouts for the formats you use most, each approved by you
- Updated documentation describing each template
- A test report, a handoff note and a short written walkthrough
Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can speed up producing new creative
- Helps output look consistent
- Makes it easier for more people to create on-brand work
- Time per piece
- Ask the team to note time to produce a typical piece before and after.
- Brand revisions
- Count pieces returned for brand changes each month, before and after.
- Template use
- Track how many new pieces start from a template each month.
Before you start: Note how long a typical piece takes today and how often it needs brand fixes.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running costs
Templates add no running cost of their own. Generating creative from them uses the same image, video and AI model usage as before, billed to your accounts.
Ask about running costsCustom requirements
Animated motion templates beyond simple layouts, templates for several brands, or formats outside those agreed are beyond this pack. Add a checkout note for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionKeep it running
Seasonal campaigns or new formats may call for template updates. Small changes fit within the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price.
Adds $75/mo to maintenance
Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.

Questions about this product
How many templates are in the Creative Template Pack?
A set covering the formats agreed at intake, rather than a fixed published count. Most teams pick the handful of formats they publish every week. If you need many formats or sizes, list them in the checkout note and any extra work is quoted before it starts.
Do the templates work for video?
Yes, for video products. Video templates set the layout of intros, captions, lower thirds and end frames in your brand. Complex animation beyond simple layouts is outside this pack, but can be quoted. For image products, templates cover posts, ads and banners.
Can I see the templates before they are built?
Yes. You review the designs first, with one round of changes at that stage, before anything is built into the product. After building, sample creative from each template shows how real output will look, so you approve both the design and the result.
Should I set up the asset library first?
It helps if your brand files are disorganized. Brand Asset Library Setup sorts logos, colors and fonts, and the templates can then draw from it. If your brand files are already clean and current, the template pack works fine on its own and can be ordered without the library.
Which formats should the templates cover?
The ones you publish most, agreed at intake. Common choices are square and vertical social posts, story frames, display ad sizes and short video intros or end cards. We look at what you published recently and suggest a set, and you decide the final list before any design work starts.
Can my team edit the templates later?
Yes, within the parent product's settings, and the written handover report shows how. Larger redesigns, such as a new campaign look, are better handled through the maintenance change hours or a Change Quote so the templates stay consistent with each other.
Give every creative the same strong starting point.
Add the Creative Template Pack and your product builds new posts, ads and videos from on-brand templates that you approved before they were built.
