Brand Asset Library Setup
Your logos, colors, fonts and approved images are organized in one place your creative product uses every time.
When logos, colors and fonts live in old folders and inboxes, every new creative risks using the wrong version. This add-on gathers your current brand assets into one organized library, tags each with clear usage rules, and connects it to your Upmark Labs creative product. Old and duplicate files are flagged for you to decide on, so nothing is thrown away without your say.
- Every creative uses the current logo, colors and fonts
- Usage rules attached to each asset, not kept in someone's head
- Outdated and duplicate files flagged for your decision

What it is
Brand Asset Library Setup is an add-on that organizes your brand assets so an Upmark Labs creative product can use them consistently. Logos, color values, fonts, approved imagery and usage rules are sorted, named and connected to the product. Outdated and duplicate files are flagged for your decision, so only current assets reach new creative.
Why businesses buy it
Off-brand creative usually comes from a messy folder, not a careless designer. An old logo, a near-miss color or an unlicensed image slips into an ad and quietly weakens the brand you paid to build. Sorting it out by hand is a job nobody owns. This add-on does it once, properly, and links the result to the product that makes your creative, so the right files are used every time. The Scope Card lists exactly what is organized before you order.
Problems this solves
Brand files are scattered across drives and inboxes
Brand Asset Library Setup sorts and names your logos, color values, fonts, approved imagery and usage rules. They are connected to the creative product so it uses them consistently.
Old logos and off-brand images keep turning up in new work
Outdated and duplicate files are flagged for your decision rather than deleted quietly. Once you choose, only current assets reach new creative made by the product.
Designers and tools apply brand rules differently
Usage rules are stored with the assets in one organized library. The product and your team work from the same source, and the documentation explains it.

How it works
- Assets are collected. You share what you have, and we gather logos, color values, fonts, images and guidelines in one place.
- Current is separated from old. Outdated and duplicate files are flagged for you to confirm before anything is removed from use.
- The library is organized. Assets are named, grouped and tagged with usage rules, such as which logo goes on dark backgrounds.
- The product is connected. The parent creative product draws its brand inputs from the library rather than ad hoc uploads.
- Sample creative is produced to confirm the right assets are used, then you review with one revision round.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Running costs
The library sits in storage in your own account, usually a small cost. The creative product's usage is unchanged and stays billed to you.
Ask about running costsCustom requirements
Redrawing or recreating assets, licensing fonts or images, or organizing assets for several brands is beyond this add-on. Add a checkout note for a written Change Quote.
Request a custom versionKeep it running
When your brand updates, the library needs the new files. Adding or retiring assets fits within the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price.
Adds $75/mo to maintenance
Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.

Questions about this product
What goes into the brand asset library?
The visual building blocks your creative product needs: logo versions, color values, fonts, approved photography or illustrations, and the rules for using them. Each asset is named and tagged so the product picks the right one, such as the light logo on a dark background.
Do you delete our old brand files?
No. Outdated and duplicate files are flagged, and you decide what happens to them. Confirmed old files are kept out of the library the product uses, but nothing is deleted from your storage without your say. The flagged list is part of the documentation.
Do we need finished brand guidelines first?
No. Guidelines help, but many businesses only have a set of logos and a few colors. We organize what exists and write simple usage rules with you. If assets are missing, such as a logo for dark backgrounds, we flag that rather than creating one.
Does the library cover font and image licenses?
No. The library organizes the files; the licenses stay with you. If a font or stock image is not licensed for the way the creative product uses it, we flag it during collection so you can resolve it before it is used in output.
How long does my team spend on the library setup?
Most of the effort is ours. Your team shares the brand files you have, answers questions about which versions are current, and approves the usage rules. Expect a short intake call, a review of the flagged files, and a final check of the organized library before it is connected to the product.
Can templates use the asset library?
Yes. If you also add the Creative Template Pack, the templates draw their logos, colors and fonts from the library. Updating a color or a logo in the library then carries through to every new creative, which is the main reason teams order the two add-ons together.
One source of brand truth for your creative.
Add Brand Asset Library Setup and your current logos, colors, fonts and images are organized, tagged with usage rules and connected straight to your creative product.
