Which processes to automate first: a simple scoring method
Score each process on hours, clarity, data readiness and risk, check payback, then automate the top one or two. Worked example and pass/fail test.
Applicants on your Lever postings are scored against each role's criteria, with findings recorded as feedback for the hiring team.
In Lever, every posting fills with opportunities that someone has to read before the hiring team can act. This edition connects with a Lever API key, reads postings and the opportunities attached to them, and scores each resume against the posting's criteria. The result is recorded as feedback on the opportunity, so hiring managers see the evidence next to their own notes and make the call.

AI Resume Screening for Lever uses a Lever API key to read postings and the opportunities attached to them, extracts the details you define from each resume, scores them against the posting's criteria and records the result in Lever as feedback for a reviewer.
Lever makes it easy to collect applicants and hard to keep up with them when several postings are open. Opportunities wait for a first read, hiring managers chase recruiters for updates, and strong candidates move on. This edition gives every opportunity a consistent first review against the posting's criteria and records it in Lever as feedback, so the whole team sees the same evidence. A documented field mapping and the Scope Card set what is read and written before you order, and every decision to advance or archive stays with a person.
A Lever API key lets the tool read postings and the opportunities attached to them. Each resume is scored against the posting's criteria as it comes in, ready for a reviewer.
The score and the extracted details are recorded in Lever as feedback. Reviewers open an opportunity and see structured notes, not a blank feedback section.
The details you define are extracted from each resume and written to Lever through an agreed field mapping. Validation rules catch unclear fields and send them to the review queue.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

Before you start: Pull a Lever report on time to first feedback for recent postings. Count opportunities currently waiting without feedback.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is a one-time payment. After that, OCR, AI usage and storage cost roughly $30 to $200 a month depending on page volume, in your own accounts. Your Lever subscription continues unchanged, and Lever licenses or plan upgrades are outside this build.
Usage during build and testing is also billed to your accounts.
Ask about running costsIf you need custom Lever objects beyond the agreed mapping, a fourth document type or a third connected system, add a note at checkout. A written Change Quote follows.
Request a custom versionOnce the 30 days of support end, optional monthly maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, model and Lever updates and a monthly health report. Change hours handle small changes like mapping a new posting or adding a feedback field. Larger requests need a Change Quote. You can cancel any month.

Postings, opportunities and feedback, in both directions, according to a documented field mapping agreed with your admin. Custom Lever objects outside that mapping are excluded unless you add them through a Change Quote. The screen never changes anything the mapping does not cover.
Through a Lever API key that your admin provides, along with their written approval of the field mapping. Access is used only for the agreed mapping. Lever licenses and plan upgrades are your responsibility and are not part of the price of this build.
On the opportunity in Lever, recorded as feedback. Each entry shows the score, the extracted fields and what matched or was missing against the posting's criteria, so managers review the screening evidence alongside their own notes without opening another tool or a separate report.
The price for each delivery speed is listed in the panel on this page, and all speeds deliver the same Scope Card, including the Lever field mapping, feedback write-back and an accuracy report on 100 sample documents. Running costs of roughly $30 to $200 a month, depending on page volume, are paid directly in your own accounts, and your Lever subscription stays as it is.
No. It scores and records feedback, and a person decides. Automated hiring or employment decisions are excluded. Opportunities the screen is unsure about are left for the reviewer you name, so nobody is turned away on a model's reading alone.
Yes. Testing uses 100 of your sample documents and sandbox or test records, and you receive an accuracy report before launch. Two rounds of changes follow, so criteria, feedback wording and field mapping are all settled before any live opportunities are screened.
Your company does, as the employer. A person on your team makes every advance or reject decision. The AI score is stored next to it in your connected system.
