AI Professional Services OS
AI Professional Services OS brings together AI Client Intake, AI Proposal System, AI Client Reporting and AI Professional Services Knowledge Base for consultancies and firms, delivered as one project with one intake.
Discount rounded to the nearest $100. Savings are calculated from current component prices, not claimed.
What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Prospective clients wait days for a first conversation
AI Client Intake gathers the details of a new enquiry and checks it against the work you take on. Suitable matters pass to the AI Proposal System without a partner retyping the brief.
Senior people spend evenings writing proposals from old files
The AI Proposal System drafts proposals from the intake details and your past material. Your team edits and approves the draft, rather than starting again each time.
Client reports take hours to assemble at the end of each period
AI Client Reporting prepares regular client reports from the data you connect. Consultants review the draft and add their own view, instead of copying figures between documents and spreadsheets.
Useful past work is buried in folders nobody can search
The AI Professional Services Knowledge Base makes past work searchable with citations. Staff can find a relevant earlier project and open the source document directly.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can help the firm respond to new enquiries sooner.
- Helps senior staff spend less unbilled time on proposals.
- Makes earlier work easier to reuse.
- Enquiry-to-proposal time
- Compare days from first enquiry to proposal sent, from your CRM, for the quarter before launch and the quarter after.
- Proposal hours
- Compare time logged to proposal or business development codes in your timesheets, before and after launch.
- Report preparation time
- Ask consultants to log hours spent on client reports for one period before launch and one period after.
Before you start: Note enquiry and proposal dates for your last ten opportunities. Export a quarter of non-billable hours spent on proposals and reports.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
How much does the AI Professional Services OS save compared with buying the four builds separately?
The four builds cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. The bundle also adds three handoffs between the builds and 20 cross-product test scenarios, which separate orders would not include.
Does the proposal system send proposals to clients by itself?
No. AI Proposal System drafts the proposal, SOW and pricing from your discovery notes and templates, then delivers the draft to one destination, such as a shared drive, for a partner to review. Nothing goes to a client until someone at your firm approves it and sends it.
How much past work can the knowledge base hold for a consultancy?
Up to 2,000 documents, about 10,000 pages, drawn from up to three content sources such as Google Drive, SharePoint or Confluence. It serves up to 50 users through one interface, with up to three permission groups so partners can keep some material away from junior staff. Content refreshes monthly.
Can my firm get the OS live faster?
Yes. Express and Rush delivery are offered at checkout, and each shows its delivery date and price before you pay. The clock starts once the combined intake is complete, so faster delivery depends on you sending templates, sample questions and system access within the first 72 hours.
Which handoffs between the four builds are typical for a firm?
Three are included, and you choose them at intake. Common picks are new-client details from intake flowing into the proposal draft, a signed client being set up for reporting, and the knowledge base supplying past examples to the proposal pipeline. We test each handoff as part of the 20 cross-product scenarios.
Will client reports pull from our project tools directly?
Yes, read-only. AI Client Reporting connects to up to three data sources, assembles the report from project and performance data, and sends it through one channel such as email, Slack or a web dashboard. It never writes back to those sources, and it can raise up to five alerts you define.
What happens if one of the four builds needs fixing after launch?
It is fixed under the bundle. You have five working days after delivery to report anything that does not match a Scope Card, and those fixes are free. After that, the 30 days of post-launch support covers defects and questions across all four builds and the handoffs between them.
