What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Legal requests arrive by email and chat with missing details
AI Legal Intake collects each request in a consistent way, with the details your lawyers need. Matters then pass to the right part of the stack without a round of follow-up questions.
Routine contracts queue behind complex matters for first review
The AI Contract Review Workflow checks incoming contracts against your playbook and flags items for a lawyer. Lawyers decide every flagged item, and no legal advice is given.
Renewal and notice dates are missed until it is too late
The AI Contract Renewal Monitor tracks key dates in your contracts and warns the right people ahead of time. Your team can renegotiate or give notice while the window is open.
Finding a past clause or precedent means digging through folders
AI Legal Document Search finds relevant documents and clauses across your contract library. Results point to the source, so lawyers can check the wording themselves.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can help routine requests move faster through the legal team.
- Helps reduce surprise contract renewals.
- Makes past documents quicker to find.
- Request turnaround
- Compare days from request received to first response, from your intake log or inbox, for a month before and after launch.
- Renewals caught in time
- Count renewal dates acted on before the notice deadline, from the monitor's alerts, against your contract list each quarter.
- Search time
- Ask lawyers to time a few typical precedent searches before launch and repeat the same searches after.
Before you start: Record how many legal requests arrive each month and how long they take to start. List contracts with renewal dates in the next year.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Does the AI Legal Ops Stack give legal advice?
No. It handles operational work: logging requests, flagging clauses against your own playbook, tracking dates and finding documents. Every flagged clause goes to a lawyer, who decides what to do. Search answers point to the source document, so your team checks the original rather than relying on a summary.
How much do in-house teams save with the legal ops bundle?
The four builds cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought one at a time, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. The bundle also covers handoffs and joint testing, so a request moves from intake to review to renewal tracking without anyone re-entering details.
What does the contract review step check against?
Your playbook. You give us the clauses you care about, your standard positions and what counts as a deviation. The review workflow marks clauses that differ and sends them to a review queue. It handles up to three contract types, with up to 25 fields each, such as NDAs, supplier agreements and order forms.
How does the renewal monitor find notice dates?
It reads them from the signed agreements that arrive through one intake route, such as an email inbox or upload folder. Extracted renewal and notice dates are checked against validation rules you set, and uncertain readings go to a reviewer rather than being saved silently, so a misread date gets a human check.
Who can use legal document search, and what can they see?
Up to 50 users through one interface, such as a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams. You set up to three permission groups, so business users might see templates while only the legal team sees signed agreements. It covers up to 2,000 documents and refreshes its content monthly.
Can the legal ops stack go live sooner?
Yes. Express and Rush delivery are offered at checkout, each with its date and price shown before you pay. Either way, the start date depends on your playbook, sample contracts and system access arriving within 72 hours of the order, because review rules cannot be built without them.
What happens when a request does not fit any category?
It goes to a person. AI Legal Intake sorts requests by the types and urgency rules you define, and anything outside them is handed to the legal team member you name instead of being guessed at. That person can reclassify the matter, and the change shows in the log.
