AI Knowledge Stack
AI Knowledge Stack brings together AI Knowledge Base Builder, AI Knowledge Agent, AI Knowledge Gap Finder and AI FAQ Generator for teams formalising knowledge, delivered as one project with one intake.
Discount rounded to the nearest $100. Savings are calculated from current component prices, not claimed.
What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Company knowledge sits in loose documents with no structure
The AI Knowledge Base Builder organizes your existing documents into a structured knowledge base. Staff and the other products in the bundle then work from one ordered source instead of scattered files.
Staff ask colleagues because the documents are too hard to search
The AI Knowledge Agent answers staff questions from the knowledge base and cites the document behind each answer. People can check the source themselves rather than waiting for a colleague to reply.
Nobody knows which important topics were never written down
The AI Knowledge Gap Finder looks at what people ask and what the knowledge base lacks. It shows the missing topics, so your team knows what to document next.
FAQs are written once and quickly fall out of date
The AI FAQ Generator drafts FAQs from real questions and known gaps. Once your team approves them, they flow back into the knowledge base, so it keeps improving over time.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can make it quicker for staff to find a trusted answer.
- Helps your team see what still needs documenting.
- Makes the knowledge base easier to keep current.
- Answered questions
- Track how many staff questions the Knowledge Agent answers with a citation each week, from its usage log.
- Open knowledge gaps
- Count the gaps listed by the Gap Finder at launch, then recount each month as approved content closes them.
- Approved FAQs added
- Count FAQs approved and added to the knowledge base each month, from the FAQ Generator's review log.
Before you start: Count the documents and FAQs you have today and note how often each was last updated. Ask a few staff how long finding an answer usually takes.

Questions about this product
Does the knowledge stack write new documentation for us?
Partly. The FAQ Generator drafts FAQ sets from your tickets, calls and documents, and the gap finder shows which questions need an answer. Writing longer source content you do not have is outside the scope. Every draft goes to your approver before it joins the knowledge base.
How is the knowledge stack price calculated?
It starts from the four separate product prices and applies a 15 percent bundle discount, rounded to the nearest hundred dollars. The price panel shows the bundle total next to the separate total before you pay. You also complete a single intake, and the four products share one document set from the start.
How does the gap finder know what is missing?
It looks at the questions people ask and finds the ones your documentation cannot answer yet. Those gaps are listed for your knowledge owner, and through an agreed handoff they can become FAQ drafts. Closing a gap means approving an answer, which then joins the knowledge base.
Can we organize the knowledge base our own way?
Yes. You agree the structure at intake, for example by team, product or process, and the Knowledge Base Builder organizes your documents into it. Changing the structure after launch is a maintenance task. Permission groups sit on top, so each group sees its own sections.
What is the difference between this and AI Company Brain?
The AI Knowledge Stack builds and grows a structured knowledge base, finds gaps and writes FAQs. AI Company Brain searches what already exists across documents, meeting decisions and internal tools. Teams still writing things down usually start here, and teams with plenty already written usually choose the brain.
Who can approve new FAQs and changes?
The person or people you name at intake. Nothing generated joins the knowledge base without that approval. Many teams name one owner per permission group, so each department approves its own content. Changing approvers later is a small change covered by maintenance.
