AI Finance Ops Stack
AI Finance Ops Stack brings together AI Invoice Intelligence, AI Accounts Payable Agent, AI Accounts Receivable Agent and AI Expense Audit for finance teams, delivered as one project with one intake.
Discount rounded to the nearest $100. Savings are calculated from current component prices, not claimed.
What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Supplier invoices are keyed in by hand and errors slip through
AI Invoice Intelligence reads incoming invoices and pulls out the key details. The AI Accounts Payable Agent uses that data, so your team checks entries rather than typing them.
Overdue customer invoices are chased late or not at all
The AI Accounts Receivable Agent tracks open invoices and sends reminders on the schedule you agree. Your team steps in only when a customer disputes a bill or needs a conversation.
Expense claims are approved without anyone checking the receipts
AI Expense Audit reviews claims against your expense policy and flags anything that does not fit. Flagged claims go to your reviewers instead of passing straight through.
Finance exceptions are spread across inboxes and spreadsheets
All four products send their exceptions to one review queue for your team. Nothing odd gets buried in a personal inbox, and reviewers can work through items in one place.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can cut the time spent on manual invoice entry.
- Helps cash come in more steadily through timely reminders.
- Makes policy breaches on expenses easier to catch.
- Days sales outstanding
- Compare average days to collect payment from your accounting system for the quarter before launch and the quarter after.
- Invoice processing time
- Measure days from invoice received to approved for payment in your AP records, for a month before and after launch.
- Expense exceptions found
- Count claims flagged by the expense audit each month and note how many your reviewers confirmed.
Before you start: Export current days sales outstanding and a month of invoice processing dates. Note how expense claims are checked today and by whom.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Does the AI Finance Ops Stack pay suppliers on its own?
No. The payables agent handles invoice intake, matching and approval routing under the limits you set. Approvals stay with the people you name, and the stack does not release payments by itself. Anything that fails a match or a rule goes to the finance review queue for a person to resolve.
What does the finance bundle save against separate orders?
The four builds cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought separately, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. The stack also adds three handoffs and 20 cross-product test scenarios, so an invoice moves from reading to approval to payment without anyone re-keying it.
Which accounting systems can the four builds connect to?
The ones that offer API access, confirmed during intake. Payables and receivables each read and write to up to two systems, invoice reading uses one source and one destination, and expense checks read from up to three sources. For receivables we also sell editions built for QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books.
How are overdue customer reminders worded?
In your words. You supply the reminder wording and the rules for when each one goes out, and the receivables agent follows them. It tracks what is owed, sends the approved reminders and reconciles payments as they arrive. Accounts that need a conversation are passed to the person you choose.
Can the stack be delivered before our month-end close?
Often, by written quote. Faster delivery for a bundle this size is arranged by written quote, with its date and price agreed before work starts. Every option starts once the complete intake, including invoice samples and system access, is in, so gathering those early protects your date.
How does the expense audit decide what to flag?
From your written expense policy. AI Expense Audit reads claims from up to three read-only sources, compares each against the policy rules you approve, and reports exceptions through one channel, such as email or a dashboard. Results are checked against three months of your historical claims before launch.
Is this regulated financial advice?
No. The stack supports finance operations: reading invoices, routing approvals, chasing receivables and checking expenses against your own rules. It does not give tax, investment or accounting advice. Your finance team and your accountants keep responsibility for every posting, approval and judgment the work involves.
