AI Explainer and Training Video Pack is a done-for-you service that turns your documents into 4 finished videos. Each video runs up to 2 minutes, with a script written from your material and an AI presenter or AI voice-over. You get your branding, captions and a vertical cut of every video.

Running costs
There are no running costs. We use our own video tool licenses to make the pack. The only exception is if you need videos made on your own avatar platform account, which you would pay for directly. Hosting the finished files is up to you.

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Will viewers know the presenter in the videos is AI?
Yes. Every video carries an AI-disclosure label, and we think that is the honest approach. Viewers are generally fine with AI presenters in training and explainer videos when the content is clear and useful. If you would rather avoid a presenter, choose an AI voice-over with screen recordings or b-roll instead.
What source material do you need to write the video scripts?
Anything that explains the topic well enough for a new person to follow. Help articles, SOPs, product notes, slide decks and rough screen recordings all work. The clearer the source, the less back and forth on scripts. If the material is thin, we will ask your script approver to fill the gaps.
Can the explainer videos be longer than 2 minutes?
Not within this pack. Each video runs up to 2 minutes, which suits most explainer and training topics. Short videos also tend to be easier to keep up to date. If you need longer videos, add a note at checkout. We will send a written Change Quote before any extra work starts.
Can you make the training videos in more than one language?
The pack covers one language. Extra language versions are not included, but you can ask for them through a Change Quote. If you already have finished videos, AI Video Localization can put them into other languages. It includes translated voice-over and captions.
Can the AI presenter look and sound like someone from our team?
Not in this pack. The pack uses a stock or custom AI presenter, or an AI voice-over. A custom avatar or clone of a real person's voice needs consent and its own setup. AI Avatar and Voice Clone Setup covers that, and the finished avatar can then be used in future videos.
Where can we publish the finished training videos?
Anywhere you host video. Files arrive as MP4 in 16:9 with a 9:16 cut, plus SRT caption files. They work in learning platforms such as TalentLMS and help centers such as Zendesk Guide or Intercom. They also suit YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. Uploading them is a quick job for your team.
What happens after the video files are delivered?
The files are yours, and you get 14 days of support. You can ask about uploads, captions or formats during that time. After that, you can reuse the videos as long as they stay accurate. When a process changes, order another pack or request a Change Quote for updates.
