Problems this solves

Staff lose time hunting through drives, wikis and chat history

AI Internal Search looks across your connected tools at once and returns answers with citations. People can open the source directly rather than searching each system in turn.

Decisions made in meetings are forgotten within a few weeks

AI Company Memory captures decisions from meetings and makes them searchable alongside your documents. When someone asks why a choice was made, the answer and its source are easy to find.

Senior people answer the same questions again and again

AI Company Knowledge Hub answers staff questions from your documents and cites where each answer came from. Answers arrive in a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams, where people already work.

Sensitive files could surface for people who should not see them

Access rules are respected across all three products, so people only see what they are allowed to. Shared search does not mean shared access to everything you hold.

Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday) and start once your intake is complete. They can extend because of national or public holidays, technical issues outside our control (such as platform outages, third-party changes, account approvals or access delays), or natural disasters and other events beyond our control. If a delay happens, we tell you in writing with a new date.

Own it: the full code, in your accounts

  • The full source code, setup and documentation, delivered into accounts in your name
  • The code and work are yours once the order is paid in full
  • 30 days of post-launch support, then optional maintenance
  • Hosting and infrastructure are yours to run

License it yearly: we host and run it

  • Upmark Labs hosts, runs, monitors and updates it for you
  • Same scope and limits as the Scope Card, plus 2 change hours a month
  • Your data and settings stay yours, exportable at any time
  • Renews each year from go-live; stop at renewal and we export your data

Custom build: changed to fit you, on a written quote

  • Built to your exact requirements, beyond this Scope Card
  • Fixed price, deliverables and timeline agreed in writing before work starts
  • Own the code or license it yearly, whichever suits you
  • The same bring-your-own-key rule for AI, phone and tool costs

Every option is bring-your-own-key: AI model usage, phone numbers, WhatsApp, email and every other third-party tool run on your own accounts and keys, billed to you directly by each provider. Upmark Labs does not pay, resell or mark up those costs. Own it or license it: how each works

2. Add extras if you need them (optional)

Add-on prices follow the delivery speed you choose.

How the 3 work together

These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.

Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.

One intake for all 3

The combined checklist of every included product, collected once through a single intake
Admin access and API keys for every connected system, shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control (never by email)
your business information (company basics, hours and brand voice), shared during intake
one decision-maker for approvals
an API key for your own AI model account (for example OpenAI or Google Gemini), created for this build with a spending limit

Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Not included

Third-party software subscriptions and AI usage fees
creating source content or data you do not provide
features outside the listed scope (available as add-ons or upgrades)
products not listed in the bundle

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can cut the time staff spend looking for information.
  • Helps past decisions stay findable long after the meeting.
  • Makes experts less of a bottleneck for routine questions.
Time to find information
Run a short staff survey on time spent searching each week, once before launch and again two months after.
Weekly questions answered
Track questions asked and answered per week in the products' usage logs, and watch the trend after launch.
Questions to subject experts
Ask a few experts to tally routine questions for two weeks before launch and two weeks a month after.

Before you start: Survey staff on weekly search time and ask key experts to tally interruptions for two weeks. Note where your main documents and meeting notes live today.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Questions about this product

Can staff see documents they normally cannot open?

No. All three products are permission-aware, using up to three permission groups each, so a person only gets answers and results from material their group may see. You define the groups at intake, and a workspace admin sets up sign-in so the system knows who is asking.

How many documents can the company brain handle?

Each product's Scope Card allows up to 2,000 documents, about 10,000 pages, from up to three content sources. Most companies point the knowledge hub at their main drives and wikis, memory at meeting notes and threads, and search at working tools. Larger collections are quoted through a Change Quote.

Where do people ask their questions?

In one interface per product, chosen at intake: a web app, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Many companies pick the same place for all three so staff have one starting point. Each product covers up to 50 users, and more users are quoted before the work starts.

What does the company brain bundle save?

The three products cost 10 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. Just as useful, you set up connections and permission groups once instead of three times, so search, memory and the knowledge hub follow the same access rules.

How does it stay up to date when documents change?

Each product runs a monthly content refresh, re-reading your connected sources so new and edited documents are included. A document added today is picked up at the next refresh. If you need more frequent refreshes, that is a change to the Scope Card and is quoted first.

What happens if the answer is not in our documents?

It says so instead of guessing. Answers come only from your connected sources and always show where they came from. Questions that keep going unanswered point to a gap in your documentation, and the AI Knowledge Gap Finder is the product built to find and report those gaps.
