Additional CRM Integration

Your AI product writes to, and reads from, one more CRM, so records land where each team actually works.

When your AI product writes to one CRM but part of the business works in another, records go missing and people copy data by hand. This add-on connects the product you already run to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive. You approve the field map first, and access runs on an API key you control.

  • Writes and reads records in one more CRM
  • Follows a field map you approve before building
  • Runs on API access inside your own CRM account

What it is

The Additional CRM Integration connects an AI product you already run, or are buying now, to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or GoHighLevel. The product reads and updates the records it already handles in that CRM. You approve the field map, and it is tested with the parent product.

Why businesses buy it

Two CRMs usually means two versions of the truth: a sales team in one, a service team in another, or a regional office on a different system. Every record copied by hand is a chance for a missed follow-up. Connecting your AI product to the second CRM puts records where each team actually works. The written scope fixes the details: one more CRM, an agreed field map, testing on the product's own flows and one revision round. Moving historical data is clearly out of scope.

Problems this solves

Your AI product works with one CRM but your team uses another

The add-on connects your existing product to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or GoHighLevel. The product reads and updates its usual records there.

Records are copied between two CRMs by hand after every conversation

Once connected, the product updates the records it handles directly in the second CRM. Your team stops retyping notes and outcomes from one system into the other.

Fields land in the wrong place and quietly corrupt CRM data

You approve the field map before anything goes live. The connection is tested with the parent product, so you can check the records it writes before launch.

A good fit if

Your product logs to one CRM, but another team or business unit works in a different one.
You are moving CRMs and need the product to work with the new one.
Staff copy call notes, leads or outcomes from one system into another by hand.
An admin can create API access to the second CRM in your name.

Not the right fit if

You want an assistant that keeps CRM records updated from emails and calls. AI CRM Assistant is that product.
Your CRM data is messy and full of duplicates. AI CRM Data Hygiene cleans and maintains records.
Your system is an in-house database or a niche tool with its own documented API. Custom API or Webhook Integration fits better.
You only need records copied to a spreadsheet. Google Sheets Sync does that.

How it works

  1. You name the CRM. One more CRM per add-on, from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, GoHighLevel or similar.
  2. Fields are mapped. We agree which records the product reads and which it writes, such as contacts, deals, activities or notes.
  3. Access is connected. Your admin provides API access with the scopes agreed, for example a HubSpot private app token or a Salesforce connected app.
  4. Writes are checked. We run the parent product's flows and confirm each record lands in the right place in the new CRM.
  5. You review the test report, ask for changes in one revision round, and get the handoff note and a short written walkthrough.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • The order reference of the product being connected
  • Which CRM to add, and the records the product should read and write
  • API access with the agreed scopes, shared securely in the way we agree at intake, never by email
  • Any custom fields or pipelines the product must use
  • One person who approves the field map
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

What you receive at handover

  • Your existing product connected to one more CRM, reading and updating the records it handles
  • A field map you approve
  • A test report from testing with the parent product
  • Updated documentation, a handoff note and a short written walkthrough
  • 14 days of support

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Can keep a second CRM up to date without manual copying.
  • Helps teams on different CRMs work from the same activity.
Records updated by the product
Count records created or updated by the integration each week, from the CRM's audit log, after launch.
Manual entry time
Ask the team to log time spent copying data between CRMs for a week before launch and a week after.
Field errors
Review a monthly sample of records written by the integration and count fields filled wrongly.

Before you start: Record how data reaches the second CRM today and how long it takes each week. Keep the approved field map for checking records.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

Your CRM subscription is paid to the CRM vendor as it is now; some CRMs need a plan tier that includes API access. Any extra AI model usage stays in your own accounts. We charge once for the integration and nothing per record.

Custom requirements

Two-way sync with conflict rules, custom objects the product does not already use, or moving historical records are outside this add-on. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

The connection is maintained under the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with this add-on's price. Field changes after a CRM update, a new pipeline or a renamed stage come out of its monthly change hours. That suits teams whose sales process changes through the year.

Adds $75/mo to maintenance

Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.

Questions about this product

Which CRMs can the Additional CRM Integration connect to?

Common choices are HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and GoHighLevel. Each needs its own type of API access, such as a private app token, a connected app or an OAuth client, created by your admin. If your CRM is not on that list, tell us at intake and we confirm before building.

Does it move my old CRM records across?

No. The add-on connects the product so new activity lands in the second CRM. Migrating historical records is outside its scope. If you need a one-off move of existing data, describe it in the custom requirements note at checkout and you receive a written Change Quote.

Can the product write to both CRMs at once?

Yes, if that is what you agree in the field map. A common setup keeps the original CRM and adds a second for another team, so the product writes to both. Two-way syncing between the CRMs themselves, with conflict rules, is a larger job and goes through a Change Quote.

Can the second CRM connection be delivered faster?

Yes. The add-on follows the delivery speed chosen for the product it connects, so Express or Rush on the product applies here too. Each speed has a fixed price and date in the cart before you pay. To hold the date, give us CRM access during intake, by adding our team as a user or creating an API key you control.

Do I need a particular CRM plan?

Possibly. Some CRM vendors only allow API access on certain plan tiers. Check that your plan includes API access before ordering, because the add-on needs it and we do not buy CRM subscriptions for customers. We confirm the access works during intake.

What happens if a CRM field changes after launch?

Report it and it is handled under the parent product's maintenance, using its monthly change hours. During the first 14 days after delivery, problems that do not match the Scope Card are fixed as part of the price. Tell us which field changed and in which CRM, and we update the field map rather than rebuilding the connection.

Put every record in the CRM where the team that needs it works.

Add the Additional CRM Integration and your product reads and updates one more CRM, with a field map you approve and tests run on your real flows.
