AI Forecasting Assistant
Forecasts demand, revenue or volume with explained assumptions.
Your key metrics watched every day, with an alert and a plain explanation the moment one crosses your threshold.
The numbers that matter most often slip without anyone noticing until the month-end report. This monitor watches the metrics you define every day, checks them against the thresholds you set, and alerts you the moment one is crossed. Each alert comes with a plain-language explanation of what moved and why it might matter, by email or Slack.

AI KPI Monitor watches the specific metrics you define, checks them daily against the thresholds you set, and sends an alert with a plain-language explanation the moment one is breached. Alerts arrive by email or Slack, and connections to your data are read-only.
A drop in conversion, a spike in refunds or a slide in margin costs more the longer it goes unnoticed. Most teams only find out at the next report, when the damage is done. This monitor checks your chosen numbers daily and raises the alarm early, with an explanation that saves the first hour of digging. The written scope sets the sources, metrics, thresholds and checks against your history before you order.
The monitor checks the metrics you define every day against thresholds you set. When one is breached, an alert goes out by email or Slack straight away.
Each alert comes with a plain-language explanation of the breach. Whoever receives it can understand the issue without opening a report first. Connections to your data stay read-only.
Up to five alerts cover the metrics that matter most, out of up to twenty-five defined. Managers can stop routine checking and wait for a reason to look.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,500 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,450 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,450 |
Before you start: List the metrics to watch, their normal ranges and recent misses. Note how often managers check them today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build itself is a one-time payment, shown before you buy. Running the monitor costs roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees, depending on how many metrics are checked and how often.
AI usage during the build and testing is billed to your own accounts too, so every provider relationship stays in your name.
Ask about running costsIf you need more than five alerts or more than 3 data sources, add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Your order still runs on its original delivery date. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance for this build. It covers monitoring, fixes and monthly hours for new thresholds, an extra alert or a revised metric, and the change hours scale with the build. Maintenance starts after the included support period and can be cancelled any month.
$275/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A monitoring tool charges per metric or per alert channel | An agency quotes per dashboard or monitoring project | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Delivery | A monitoring tool is instant to sign up but slow to tune to your numbers | An agency build usually takes several weeks | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
| Thresholds | A monitoring tool ships generic default thresholds | An agency sets thresholds once, in a workshop | Ours checks your thresholds against 3 months of real data before launch |
| Explanation | A monitoring tool sends a bare number in an alert | An agency build depends on what was agreed | Ours explains what moved and by how much in plain language |
One fixed price, agreed before work starts, covers up to three read-only data sources, up to 25 defined metrics, up to five alerts on one delivery channel and threshold checks against three months of history. Faster delivery options are shown in the price panel before you order, and there are no other build fees.
Up to 25 defined metrics can be tracked, with up to five of them set up as active alerts on your chosen channel. Which five matter most is agreed during intake, and can be changed later through maintenance or a Change Quote.
The standard, Express and Rush delivery times are all shown in the price panel before you order, and the clock starts once your intake is complete. Delays only happen when data access or thresholds arrive late, which moves delivery by three working days per day of delay.
From the thresholds you define during intake, checked against 3 months of your historical data before launch so an alert reflects a real breach rather than normal daily movement. You can adjust any threshold afterwards through maintenance or a Change Quote.
Roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts, covering AI model usage and hosting or scheduler fees. The figure depends on how many metrics are checked and how frequently. You pay these providers directly, with no markup from us.
Yes, as an add-on. A sixth alert or a fourth data source is quoted as a Change Quote of your request. Adjusting an existing threshold fits inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance instead. The quote is sent in writing before any extra work starts.
You do. The thresholds, connections and alert routing run in your own accounts, on your own data. If maintenance lapses, the monitor keeps checking and alerting; you lose the monthly monitoring and included change hours, not the build. While active, those hours cover new thresholds, an extra alert or a revised metric.
Order the AI KPI Monitor and your key thresholds are watched every day, with clear alerts when something moves. The scope above is what you get, in writing, before you pay.
