HubSpot CMS Website Build

A HubSpot website where every form lands in your CRM, so marketing and sales work from the same records.

When your website and CRM are separate, leads get copied by hand, sources go missing and sales asks where an enquiry came from. HubSpot CMS Website Build puts the site in HubSpot itself. We build up to eight pages on a branded theme, connect up to three forms to your CRM with follow-up emails, and set up your blog. Your team edits with drag and drop.

  • Up to eight pages on a branded HubSpot theme
  • Up to three forms feeding your HubSpot CRM
  • Blog templates, SEO basics and a written editor guide

What it is

HubSpot CMS Website Build is a designed and built website on HubSpot Content Hub. It includes up to 8 pages on a branded theme with reusable modules, up to 3 HubSpot forms that feed your CRM, blog templates, SEO basics, analytics and a written editor guide. You need Content Hub Starter or higher.

Why businesses buy it

If your team already lives in HubSpot CRM, a website on another platform adds a gap. Forms need connectors, lead sources get lost and reports never quite match. Building on HubSpot Content Hub closes that gap. Each form writes to CRM properties you agree with us, sends a follow-up email and records where the lead came from. Your marketers edit pages with drag-and-drop modules in the same tool they use for email. We set SEO basics on every page and test every form into the CRM before launch.

Problems this solves

Leads are copied by hand from the website into HubSpot

Up to three HubSpot forms write straight into CRM properties you agree. Each form also sends a follow-up email.

Sales cannot see where an enquiry came from

Lead source is tracked on every form submission, so the contact record shows how the person found you.

Marketing waits on a developer for page changes

A branded theme with reusable modules lets your team build and edit pages with drag and drop. A written editor guide covers the basics.

The blog and the website sit in different tools

Blog listing and post templates are set up in HubSpot, so posts, pages and leads share one system.

A good fit if

Your B2B or SaaS team already uses HubSpot CRM for leads and deals.
You have, or will buy, Content Hub Starter or higher in your own name.
Up to eight pages and three forms cover what your site needs.
Marketing wants to edit pages with drag and drop and see each lead's source in the CRM.

Not the right fit if

You do not use HubSpot and do not plan to. See Webflow Website Build or WordPress Business Website.
You need your sales pipeline and automations set up in HubSpot. See CRM Starter Setup.
You want a custom-coded site with a headless CMS. See Custom Website Build.
You only need campaign pages on your current HubSpot site. See Landing Page Pack.

How it works

  1. You invite us to HubSpot with Content Hub and CRM permissions, share domain DNS access, and send brand assets and page notes.
  2. We plan the pages, the three forms and the CRM properties each form fills, then design the key layouts.
  3. Your theme is set up with your brand and reusable modules, and up to eight pages are built, with copy edited up to 2,500 words.
  4. Up to three HubSpot forms are tied to CRM properties with follow-up emails, and the blog listing and post templates are built.
  5. SEO basics and any redirects are set, Google Analytics and Search Console are connected, and mobile, speed, form-to-CRM and link checks run.
  6. After two revision rounds the site launches, your team gets a written editor guide, and 30 days of post-launch support begins.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • HubSpot access by invite, with Content Hub and CRM permissions.
  • A Content Hub Starter plan or higher, in your name.
  • Domain DNS access, by invite or a key you control.
  • Your logo, colors and photos.
  • Page text or notes for each page.
  • One person who approves design and content.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps every website lead reach your CRM without copying
  • Shows sales where each lead came from
  • Lets marketing edit pages without a developer
Contacts from website forms
Count new contacts created by website forms each month in HubSpot.
Leads with a known source
Check what share of new contacts has a lead source recorded, against your old setup.
Pages edited in-house
Track page edits and new posts your team publishes each month.

Before you start: Note how leads reach HubSpot today, how many arrive each month and how many have no source recorded.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a single payment. Afterwards you pay for a HubSpot Content Hub plan, billed by HubSpot, and your domain, billed by your registrar. HubSpot hosts the site as part of Content Hub, so there is no separate hosting bill. Your HubSpot account and domain stay in your name.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Questions about this product

Do I need a paid HubSpot plan for a HubSpot CMS website?

Yes. The site needs Content Hub Starter or higher, in your name. That plan includes hosting for the site, and HubSpot bills you for it directly. If you only use the free HubSpot CRM today, you would add Content Hub before we start. We confirm your plan at intake, before any build work.

Will website forms create contacts in HubSpot CRM automatically?

Yes. Up to three HubSpot forms are built, and each one creates or updates a contact in your CRM. We agree which CRM properties each form fills and set a follow-up email for each. Lead source is tracked, and every form is tested into the CRM before launch.

Is HubSpot CMS better than WordPress for a B2B website?

It is the better choice if your team already runs on HubSpot CRM. Forms, emails and lead data sit in one system, and there are no plugins to update. The trade-off is a paid Content Hub plan. If you do not use HubSpot, WordPress Business Website or Webflow Website Build may cost less to run.

Does the HubSpot build set up workflows or lead scoring?

No. The build covers forms, CRM properties and follow-up emails. HubSpot workflows, lead scoring and sales pipeline setup are outside it. CRM Starter Setup can set up a pipeline and automations in HubSpot as a separate service. Smart content and memberships are also outside this build.

Can our existing blog posts move into HubSpot?

Yes, up to 25 posts fit the build. We set up the blog listing and post templates, bring the posts across and add 301 redirects so old links keep working. Moving more than 25 posts is quoted through a Change Quote. Share your post count at checkout so the scope is clear from the start.

Who owns the HubSpot website and theme you build?

You do. The site, theme and modules live in your HubSpot account, and your domain stays with your registrar. We work through user access you grant, and you can remove it whenever you like. Because HubSpot hosts the site, nothing depends on our servers after launch.

Can the HubSpot site be in two languages?

Not within this build. Multilingual setup is outside the HubSpot CMS Website Build, which covers one language. If you need a second language version, add a custom requirements note at checkout. We reply with a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it.

What support comes after the HubSpot site launches?

You get 30 days of support for anything not working as agreed. Your team then edits pages and posts using the written editor guide. Optional Upmark maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours for new pages or forms. You can stop it any month, and HubSpot keeps hosting the site.
