What it is

Framer Website Build is a designed and built marketing website on Framer, with tasteful motion. It includes up to 6 pages, 1 CMS collection such as a blog, changelog or case studies, forms to email or 1 CRM, SEO basics, analytics and a written editor guide. The project sits in your own Framer workspace.

Why businesses buy it

Early-stage teams need a site that looks considered and goes live in step with the launch. Framer is built for that. Motion and layout are designed in the same tool that publishes the site, so the result stays close to the design. We hold the scope at six pages and one CMS collection, which keeps the build quick. Your copy is edited, forms are connected and SEO basics are set on every page. We test mobile, speed, forms and links before launch. Your team then edits text, images and CMS entries in Framer itself.

Problems this solves

Your launch date is close and the website is not ready

The scope is held to six pages and one CMS collection, so the build stays short. Key layouts are designed first, then built straight in Framer.

A template site looks flat next to the product you built

Pages are designed for your brand with tasteful motion. Layout and motion are built in the same tool that publishes the site.

Updates and changelog posts wait for a designer

One CMS collection with its template lets your team add entries in Framer. The written editor guide shows them how.

Sign-ups and enquiries from the site go missing

Forms connect to email or one CRM and are tested before launch, along with mobile, speed and link checks.

A good fit if

You are a startup, product team or creative studio with a launch coming up.
Six pages and one CMS collection, such as a changelog, cover what you need.
You want smooth motion and a polished feel without custom code.
You can open a Framer workspace in your own name.

Not the right fit if

You need more pages and two CMS collections, such as a blog and case studies. See Webflow Website Build.
You need logins, member areas or app features. See Web App MVP Build.
Page speed and full control of the code matter more than visual editing. See Custom Website Build.
You want to sell products online. See Shopify Store Build.
You only need campaign pages on the site you already have. See Landing Page Pack.

How it works

  1. You invite us to a Framer workspace you own, share domain DNS access, and send your logo, colors, photos and page notes.
  2. We agree the six pages, the CMS collection and the motion style, then design the key layouts for your review.
  3. Pages are built in Framer with tasteful motion, the CMS collection and its template are set up, and up to 2,000 words of copy are edited.
  4. Forms go to email or one CRM, SEO basics are set on every page, and 301 redirects are added if you are replacing a site.
  5. Analytics and Search Console are connected, mobile, speed, form and link checks run, and two revision rounds follow.
  6. The site is published on your domain, your team gets a written editor guide, and 30 days of post-launch support begins.

  • Page text, or notes we can edit from.
  • One person who signs off design and content.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Helps your site go live in step with your launch
  • Gives visitors a polished first impression of the product
  • Lets your team post updates without waiting for a designer
Sign-ups or enquiries
Count form submissions each week after launch, in your inbox or CRM.
Launch traffic
Compare visits in analytics for the weeks before and after your launch date.
CMS entries published
Track how many changelog, blog or case study entries your team adds each month.

Before you start: Note current weekly sign-ups or enquiries, if you already have a site. Record your launch date and the traffic sources you plan to use.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

You pay once for the build. To stay online you pay for a Framer site plan, billed by Framer, and your domain, billed by your registrar. Hosting comes with the Framer site plan, so there is nothing else to run. The workspace, site and domain are all in your name.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

Keep it running

Framer runs the hosting and the platform, so there are no plugins or servers to update. Optional Upmark maintenance after the support period covers monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours for new sections or launch pages. Your team handles day-to-day text and CMS edits. Maintenance can stop any month.

$199/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Should I choose Framer or Webflow for a startup website?

Choose Framer for a smaller, polished launch site with motion. This build covers six pages and one CMS collection. Choose Webflow if you need up to eight pages and two collections, such as a blog and case studies. Both platforms host the site for you and avoid plugins, and both of our builds include a written editor guide.

What kind of motion does the Framer site include?

Tasteful motion, such as sections fading or sliding in as visitors scroll, and gentle hover effects. We agree the motion style with you at the design stage and keep it light, so it supports the content rather than distracting from it. Complex custom code components beyond simple embeds are outside this build.

Can we run a changelog or blog on the Framer site?

Yes, one of them. The build includes one CMS collection with its template, such as a blog, changelog or case studies. Your team adds entries in Framer and the design is applied for them. Moving up to 20 existing posts fits the build, and more than 20 is quoted through a Change Quote.

Who owns the Framer project after launch?

You do. The project lives in a Framer workspace you own, and your domain stays with your registrar, in your name. You pay Framer directly for the site plan. We work through the access you grant, and you can remove it the day the project ends without anything breaking.

Can the Framer site take orders or have member logins?

No. Online stores, logins and member areas are outside the Framer Website Build. For selling online, see Shopify Store Build. If users need to sign up and log in, Web App MVP Build covers that as a custom web app. Simple embeds, such as a booking widget, can usually be added within this scope.

Is the Framer site set up for search engines at launch?

Yes, the basics are set. Every page gets an editable title, meta description and clean address, and 301 redirects are added if you replace a site. Analytics and Search Console are connected, and you get a speed and mobile test report. Rankings are never promised, and ongoing SEO is a separate service.

Can the Framer site have more than six pages?

Yes, with the Extra Page add-on for each page beyond six. If you expect to grow well past that, or need two CMS collections, Webflow Website Build may suit you better. A second language can be added with Extra Language, ordered together with the build so it is planned from the start.

What happens once the Framer site is live?

You have 30 days of support for anything not working as agreed. After that, your team handles everyday edits using the written editor guide. Optional Upmark maintenance adds monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours for new sections, and you can stop it any month. Framer keeps the hosting running.
