What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Outreach emails land in spam and harm the main company domain
Cold Email Infrastructure Setup gives you up to three separate sending domains, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. They warm up in your sending tool, so your main domain stays out of outreach.
Lead records lack company details, so targeting is guesswork
AI Lead Enrichment adds firmographic and contact data to new leads in your CRM. The AI SDR Agent then has real facts to research and write from.
Reps spend hours writing first emails one prospect at a time
The AI SDR Agent researches each enriched lead and drafts a personalized first touch. A rep reviews and approves it, so their time goes on judgment rather than typing.
How the 3 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 3
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can cut the time reps spend researching and writing first emails.
- Helps keep your main domain's email reputation separate from outreach.
- Gives you cleaner lead records to plan targeting from.
- Inbox placement
- Compare the seed test results in the handover report with a repeat seed test after a month of sending.
- Reply rate
- Use your sending tool's reply figures for the first month after warm-up, then compare month by month.
- Rep time per first touch
- Ask reps to time research and writing for ten prospects before launch, then time approval of ten drafts after.
Before you start: Record your current reply rate, if any, and how long a rep takes to research and write one first email. Note how many CRM leads lack company size or industry.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Will the AI SDR send outreach without a rep checking it?
No. The AI SDR Agent drafts each first touch and waits for a rep to approve it. Approval rules are agreed at intake, so your team decides what goes out and when. This keeps messages accurate while the team learns how the drafts perform, and it keeps a person accountable for every send.
Why use separate sending domains for outbound email?
To protect your main domain. If outreach triggers spam complaints, the damage stays with the sending domains, not the domain your invoices and customer email depend on. Cold Email Infrastructure Setup registers up to three sending domains in your registrar account and redirects each one to your website.
Can we send at full volume as soon as the outbound stack is handed over?
Not straight away. New mailboxes need a warm-up period of two to three weeks before full volume, and that runs in your sending tool. We start warm-up early in the project, so it overlaps the build. You also get a sending-limit plan that keeps each mailbox to a safe daily volume.
Do we need to buy a lead list or data provider for the outbound stack?
Not from us. The stack does not include lead lists or data purchases. AI Lead Enrichment fills gaps on leads already in your CRM, and it can use a data provider you pay for directly. If you already use one, such as Apollo, we connect it within the Scope Card limits.
Which CRMs and sending tools does the outbound stack work with?
One CRM and one sending tool. Common choices are HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, with Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, Apollo or HubSpot sequences for sending. Mailboxes run on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. A second CRM can be added with the Additional CRM Integration add-on.
Does the outbound stack cover cold email rules such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR?
It helps you prepare, but it is not legal advice. The sending setup includes opt-out handling and a CAN-SPAM and GDPR/PECR checklist. Who you contact, and on what legal basis, stays your decision. If you sell into Europe, check your approach with your own adviser.
What happens after the 30 days of support on the outbound stack?
You keep everything, and optional monthly maintenance is available. It covers monitoring, fixes, updates, a monthly health report and change hours across all three products. Without it, your team runs the stack using the admin guide and written handover report. Writing and running campaigns after handover is not included either way.
