Webflow Website Build

Launch a Webflow marketing site your team can edit visually, with no plugins to update.

Many SaaS, B2B and professional-services teams want a website they can update themselves, without plugin updates or a developer for every change. Webflow Website Build gives you that. We design and build up to eight pages, set up up to two CMS collections, connect your forms and add SEO basics and analytics. Then we train your team to edit the site visually.

  • Up to eight pages designed and built in Webflow
  • Up to two CMS collections, such as blog and case studies
  • Forms, SEO basics, analytics and a written editor guide

What it is

Webflow Website Build is a designed and built marketing website on Webflow. It includes up to 8 pages, up to 2 CMS collections such as a blog or case studies, forms connected to email or 1 CRM, SEO basics, analytics and a written editor guide for your team.

Why businesses buy it

WordPress suits many businesses, but some teams want fewer moving parts. Webflow hosts the site and has no plugins to update, so upkeep is lighter. Your marketing team can edit pages and publish posts in a visual editor. We design and build the site to a written scope, edit your copy and set SEO basics on every page. If you are replacing an old site, we add redirects. Before launch we test mobile, speed, forms and links. You get a written editor guide and a site in your own Webflow account.

Problems this solves

Your team needs a developer for every small website change

The site is built in Webflow, and your team gets a written editor guide. Staff can update pages and publish posts in a visual editor.

Plugin updates and security patches eat into your time

Webflow hosts the site and has no plugins to update. Optional Upmark maintenance after the support period covers monitoring, fixes and change hours if you want help.

Blog posts and case studies are hard to add consistently

Up to two CMS collections, such as a blog and case studies, come with their own templates. New entries take on the design automatically, so every post looks right.

Enquiries from the website get lost or never arrive

Forms are connected to email or one CRM and tested before launch. Mobile, speed and link checks run at the same time, so the site works when it goes live.

A good fit if

You run a SaaS, B2B or professional-services firm and want a marketing site of up to eight pages.
Your team wants to edit pages and publish posts visually, without a developer.
You would rather avoid the plugin updates that a WordPress site needs.
You can open a Webflow account and Workspace in your own name.

Not the right fit if

You want a site on hosting you choose, with a wide choice of plugins. See WordPress Business Website.
You need to sell products online. See Shopify Store Build or WooCommerce Store Build.
You want to refresh an existing site rather than start a new one. See Website Redesign.
You need more than eight pages. Add Extra Page for each one.

How it works

  1. You invite us to a Webflow Workspace you own, share domain DNS access, and send your logo, colors, photos and page text or notes.
  2. We plan the pages and CMS collections with you, then design the key layouts for your review.
  3. Up to eight pages are built in Webflow, with up to two CMS collections and templates, and your copy is edited up to 2,500 words.
  4. Forms are connected to email or one CRM, SEO basics are set on every page and redirects are added if you are replacing a site.
  5. Analytics and Search Console are set up, and we test mobile, speed, forms and links before launch, with two rounds of revisions.
  6. The site goes live on your domain, your team gets a written editor guide, and 30 days of post-launch support begins.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • Access by invite to a Webflow Workspace you own.
  • Domain DNS access, by invite or a key you control.
  • Your logo, brand colors and photos.
  • Text for each page, or notes we can edit from.
  • One person who approves the design and content.
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

  • Forms connected to email or one CRM, and copy edited from your material up to 2,500 words
  • SEO basics on every page, with 301 redirects if replacing a site

Expected benefits and how to measure them

  • Lets your team edit the site without a developer
  • Helps keep upkeep light, with no plugins to update
  • Can make it easier to publish posts and case studies regularly
Form enquiries
Count form submissions each month in Webflow or your CRM, compared with your old site.
Edits made in-house
Track how many page changes your team makes each month without outside help.
Mobile speed
Compare the launch speed and mobile test report with a fresh test of your old site.

Before you start: Record monthly enquiries from your current site and how long small edits take today. Run a speed test on the old site before work starts.

These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.

Running costs

The build is a one-time payment. After launch you pay for a Webflow site plan and Workspace, billed by Webflow, and your domain, billed by your registrar. Hosting is part of the Webflow site plan, so there is no separate hosting bill. Every account stays in your name.

Custom requirements

Add a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.

$199/mo (the minimum fee, includes 2 change hours)

Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.

Questions about this product

Should I choose Webflow or WordPress for my website?

Choose Webflow if your team wants to edit visually and avoid plugin upkeep. Webflow hosts the site, which keeps maintenance light, but you pay for Webflow's plan and depend on its platform. Choose WordPress if you want hosting choice and a wide range of plugins. Our WordPress Business Website covers that route.

Who owns the Webflow site you build?

You do. The site lives in a Webflow Workspace you own, and we work through access you grant. Your domain stays with your registrar, in your name. You pay Webflow directly for the site plan, so nothing depends on us after launch, and you can remove our access at any time.

Can my team publish blog posts in Webflow?

Yes. The build includes up to two CMS collections, such as a blog and case studies, each with its own template. Your team adds a new post by filling in fields in the Webflow editor, and the design is applied automatically. The written editor guide shows your team how.

Can you move our old blog posts into Webflow?

Yes, within limits. Moving up to 25 blog posts fits the build, and moving more than 25 is quoted through a Change Quote. If you are replacing an existing site, we set up 301 redirects so old links point to the new pages. Tell us your post count at checkout so we can confirm the scope.

Does the Webflow Website Build include an online store?

No. Webflow Ecommerce is not part of this build, and nor are memberships, logins or custom code apps. If you want to sell online, see Shopify Store Build or WooCommerce Store Build. Extra features beyond the scope can be quoted through a Change Quote.

Is the Webflow site set up for SEO?

Yes, with the basics in place. Every page gets an editable title, meta description and clean address, and redirects are added if you are replacing a site. Analytics and Search Console are connected, and you get a speed and mobile test report. That is a sound start, not an ongoing SEO service, and rankings are never promised.

What happens after the Webflow site launches?

You get 30 days of support for anything not working as agreed. After that, your team handles everyday edits using the written editor guide. Optional Upmark maintenance covers monitoring, fixes, a monthly health report and change hours, and you can stop it any month. Webflow keeps the platform and hosting running.

Can the Webflow site be in more than one language?

Yes, with the Extra Language add-on. The core build covers one language, and Extra Language sets up another language version of your pages. Webflow may charge for its localization features, and that fee is billed to you directly by Webflow.
