EU AI Act Readiness Assessment
A review of up to 8 AI systems against the EU AI Act, with each classified, your role confirmed and a dated…
Keep your AI register, policy and reviews current every month, with a named team checking each new AI tool.
New AI tools reach your business every month, and a register written once soon falls behind. AI Governance Care keeps it current. We review up to three new AI use cases or vendors each month against your policy and the EU AI Act, update the register and brief your AI owner in a monthly note. Leadership gets a short report each quarter. It helps you prepare; it is not legal advice.

AI Governance Care is a monthly service that keeps your AI governance current after the first build. Each month we review up to 3 new AI use cases or vendors, update your AI system register, send a one-page regulatory note and answer questions by email. Each quarter you get a leadership report.
Most companies write an AI policy and register once, then move on. Within months, staff adopt new tools, vendors add AI features and the register no longer matches reality. Nobody owns the job of checking each new use case. AI Governance Care gives that job a steady rhythm. A named team reviews new tools against your own policy and the current text of the EU AI Act. Your AI owner gets a clear monthly briefing, and leadership gets a quarterly summary. It helps you prepare and keep records; it is not legal advice or a certification.
Each month we update your AI system register with every reviewed tool and decision. The register stays in your own documents, so it reflects the AI tools staff actually use.
We review up to three new AI use cases or vendors each month against your policy and the current EU AI Act text, then record the outcome and any conditions.
A two-page leadership report arrives each quarter, covering register changes, open risks, decisions taken and next actions. It is short enough to read in one sitting.
Each quarter we update your AI policy wording where rules or tools have changed, and your approver signs it off. It helps you prepare; it is not legal advice.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 5–15 working days | $3,825 |
Before you start: Record how many AI tools are listed in your register today and how many you know are in use. Note any open risks already logged.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
There are no running costs. The work happens in your existing register and policy documents, in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Notion or Confluence. You do not need to buy any software for this service.
Ask about running costsAdd a note at checkout if you need something specific. If it fits within the Scope Card it is simply included. If it goes beyond it, you get a written Change Quote within two working days, and that work starts only once you accept it, with its time added to your delivery date.
Request a custom versionAI Governance Care is itself the ongoing service, so there is no separate maintenance. The first three months are paid upfront at checkout, then it continues month to month. You can cancel any month after that, and the register, notes and reports stay yours.
$1,275/mo
The first 3 months ($3,825) are paid at checkout. After that it runs month to month and you can stop any month.

No. AI Governance Care helps you prepare and keep good records, but it is not legal advice and it is not a certification. We review new AI use cases against your own policy and the current text of the EU AI Act. Where a question needs a lawyer, we say so. Decisions on legal risk stay with you and your advisers.
An AI register, an AI policy and a named internal AI owner. If you do not have a register or policy yet, start with the EU AI Act Readiness Assessment or the AI Usage Policy System. Either one gives us a starting point to keep current. We then need edit access to those documents and one person who approves policy wording.
One new AI use case or one AI vendor. For example, a team that wants to use an AI note-taker, or a supplier adding AI features to software you already use. We check it against your policy and the Act, then record the decision and any conditions in your register. Up to three reviews fit in each month.
Extra reviews are quoted through a Change Quote. Tell us by email or in the portal, and we send a written quote before doing the extra work. It helps to raise busy months early, for example before a new department starts using AI tools, so the reviews can be planned around your deadlines.
AI Governance Care is $1,275 a month, and the first three months are paid upfront at checkout. That covers onboarding, a full quarter of reviews and your first leadership report. After three months it continues month to month, and you can cancel any month. There is no separate maintenance fee.
A two-page summary written for managers rather than specialists. It covers changes to your AI system register, open risks, decisions taken that quarter and suggested next actions. It can go straight into a board pack or management meeting. In the same quarter we update your policy wording if rules or tools have changed.
They stay yours. The register and policy live in your own documents, so every update we made remains in place. You keep the monthly notes and quarterly reports. You remove our edit access when you leave. Only the monthly reviews, calls and updates stop.
No. Incident response is not included. If something goes wrong with an AI tool, you can raise it with us by email and we can reflect agreed changes in the register and policy. Handling the incident itself sits outside this service. For security controls around AI systems, see the AI Security category.
Order AI Governance Care and have new AI tools reviewed, your register kept up to date and leadership briefed every quarter.
