Your product's data is exported on a schedule to storage you own, so a copy exists whatever happens.
Your AI product holds records, settings and history your business now depends on, and today that data may live in one place only. This add-on exports it on a schedule you choose to storage in your own account, in open formats such as CSV or JSON. Old copies rotate automatically, each run is checked, and you can open the files without us.

Offline Export and Backup is an add-on that adds scheduled export and backup of an existing Upmark Labs product's data. Records, settings and logs are copied on a timetable you choose to storage in your own account, in readable formats. Old copies rotate automatically, and each run is checked for completeness.
Data loss rarely comes from one big disaster. It comes from a deleted record, a vendor outage or an account change that nobody noticed until a customer asked. Without your own copy, recovering means waiting on someone else. This add-on gives you a regular, readable backup in an account you control, so audits, migrations and bad days are easier to handle. The Scope Card lists what is copied, how often and where, so you know your cover before you order.
Offline Export and Backup copies records, settings and logs on a timetable you choose. Copies go to storage in your own account, in readable formats.
Exports run on the timetable you chose, and old copies rotate out automatically. Nobody has to remember to start a backup or tidy up old files by hand.
Each backup run is checked for completeness after it finishes. The test report shows how those checks work, so you know the copies hold what they should.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Note what copies of the product's data you hold today and when the last one was taken.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Backups are stored in your own storage account, which bills by the amount kept. With a sensible rotation, most products need little space. The export job itself adds very little usage.

Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Backup services bill monthly by volume | An agency quotes it as infrastructure work | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Ownership | Backups held in the vendor's account | Depends on the brief | Ours land in storage in your own account |
| Format | Often a proprietary archive | Set per project | Ours uses open formats such as CSV or JSON |
The data agreed at intake, from what the product holds: records, conversation or run history, settings, logs and generated files. You decide what matters. Some teams back up everything; others only the records they could not recreate. The documentation lists exactly what each backup contains.
In a storage account in your name, separate from the product itself. You control access and can open the files with ordinary tools. Because the storage is yours, the backups stay available even if you stop using the product or its maintenance.
No. This add-on exports and keeps the data; it does not rebuild the product from a backup. The completeness check confirms the data is all there and readable. If you need an automatic restore process, ask for a Change Quote at checkout.
On the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or another regular interval. Busy products with valuable records usually suit daily backups. Quieter ones may only need weekly. We agree the schedule, the formats and how many old backups to keep during intake.
Yes. Each run compares what was exported with what the product holds and records the result, so a short or failed export is flagged rather than missed. During setup we also walk your team through opening a backup file, so you know the data is readable before you ever need it.
It can, if not planned. If personal data must be deleted after a set period, backups need the same rule, or deleted data survives in old copies. We ask about your retention rules at intake and set the backup rotation to match them.
Add Offline Export and Backup and your product's chosen data is exported on schedule to your own storage, in open formats, with old copies rotated for you.
