Extended Hypercare (30 Days)

For the first month after launch, someone watches your product closely and tunes it as real customers arrive.

The first month after launch is when real customers ask the questions nobody predicted. This add-on gives your product 30 days of close attention from the day it goes live. We review real activity on a set schedule, spot answers or steps that miss, and tune them while usage is new. You get regular updates and a closing report.

What it is

Extended Hypercare (30 Days) is an add-on that adds 30 days of close post-launch monitoring and tuning to an Upmark Labs product. We review real activity, spot answers or steps that miss, and adjust them while usage is new. You get regular updates and a closing report.

Why businesses buy it

No amount of testing fully predicts real users. The first weeks reveal unexpected questions, odd edge cases and wording that confuses people. Catching those early protects your customers' first impression and your team's confidence in the product. Hypercare gives you dedicated attention through that period instead of waiting for tickets. The written scope covers thirty calendar days of monitoring and tuning inside the product's existing scope, regular updates and a closing report, with new features quoted separately.

Problems this solves

Early weeks after launch reveal gaps nobody saw in testing

Extended Hypercare adds a longer period of close monitoring after launch. We review real activity and spot answers or steps that miss while usage is still new.

Small issues pile up because nobody is watching closely

Answers or steps that miss are adjusted as they appear during hypercare. Your team does not have to collect, describe and report every small issue themselves.

You lack a clear picture of how launch went

You get regular updates during the period and a closing report at the end. It records what was found and what was changed, in plain terms.

A good fit if

The product faces customers, and the first weeks of real use matter for your reputation.
Your team will be busy at launch and cannot review every conversation or run themselves.
You expect real usage to throw up questions or cases that testing did not cover.
You are launching an Upmark Labs product, or have just launched one.

Not the right fit if

You want ongoing changes month after month, not a launch period. Monthly maintenance covers that.
You want automated checks before each change. Evaluation Test Suite provides them.
You want quality scores on conversations every week from now on. Conversation QA Scoring adds them.

How it works

  1. A watch plan is agreed. Which signals we review, such as failed answers, handoffs, errors and customer complaints, and how often.
  2. Real activity is reviewed. Conversations, runs or outputs are checked regularly from the day the product goes live.
  3. Issues are tuned. Wording, knowledge gaps, thresholds and rules are adjusted within the product's existing scope.
  4. You are kept informed. Short updates tell you what was found and what was changed.
  5. A closing report hands over. At the end you get a summary of changes made and anything worth adding later.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • The order reference of the product entering hypercare
  • The launch date, and anything you already worry about
  • Who should receive updates, and how often
  • A contact who can answer business questions quickly during the period
  • One person who approves tuning that changes what customers see
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Running costs

Hypercare adds no usage of its own. The product runs in your own accounts as normal; the tuning simply happens during its first month of real use.

Custom requirements

Hypercare tunes the product within its existing scope. New features, workflows or connections spotted during the period are quoted separately. Add a checkout note for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

When hypercare ends, monthly maintenance can take over. We recommend it for the months after launch, because its change hours cover the tuning that real use keeps suggesting.

Adds $75/mo to maintenance

Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.

Questions about this product

When does Extended Hypercare start?

On the day the product goes live with real users. That is when unexpected questions and edge cases appear, so it is the right time for close attention. If the product is already live, hypercare starts once intake is complete. Either way, the period then runs for 30 calendar days.

How is hypercare different from the normal support period?

Normal support fixes defects you report and answers questions. Hypercare is active: we review real activity ourselves on a schedule, find problems before you report them, and tune wording, knowledge and rules as we go. You receive updates rather than having to raise tickets.

What kind of tuning happens during hypercare?

Adjustments inside the product's existing scope. Typical examples are rewording answers that confused customers, filling knowledge gaps from your approved sources, adjusting handoff thresholds and fixing steps that fail on unusual input. Anything that needs a new feature is listed for a separate quote.

Can hypercare be added to a product that launched recently?

Yes. If the product is already live, hypercare starts once intake is complete and runs for 30 calendar days from then. If you are buying the product now, it starts on launch day. The price is fixed and shown before you pay, and tuning stays inside the product's existing Scope Card.

Do I still need maintenance after hypercare?

It is optional but usually sensible. Hypercare covers the launch month. Afterwards, prices, policies and products change, and monthly maintenance covers those updates with its change hours. The closing report notes how much tuning the month needed, so you can judge what to expect.

Will I know what was changed during hypercare?

Yes. Short updates during the period say what was found and what was changed, and the closing report lists every change in one place. Anything that alters what customers see is approved by your named contact first, so nothing customer-facing changes without your say.

Have someone watching closely in the first month.

Add Extended Hypercare (30 Days) and your product is reviewed and tuned through its first month of real use, ending with a report of every change.
