Executive Reporting Pack

Leadership gets a short, scheduled summary of what your AI product did and what changed, without asking anyone for it.

Leaders want to know what the AI product is doing, but nobody has time to write the update every week. This add-on sends a short written summary of the product's activity and notable changes to the people you name, on the schedule you choose. It arrives by email or in your team chat, written from the product's own records.

  • Sends leadership a short written summary on schedule
  • Highlights notable changes, not pages of raw charts
  • Written from the product's own records, not manual exports
$1,500 10–20 working days
Sealed brief beside a pen and a desk clock, a scheduled summary ready for leadership.

What it is

The Executive Reporting Pack adds a scheduled leadership summary to an AI product you already run, or are buying now. On the schedule you choose, it sends a short written summary of the product's activity and notable changes to the people you name. You approve a test summary before the first one is sent.

Why businesses buy it

AI projects lose support when leaders cannot see what they deliver. Asking someone to pull figures and write an update each week costs time and rarely happens consistently. A scheduled summary keeps leadership informed without a meeting or a dashboard login, and it builds confidence in the investment. The written scope agrees the headline figures, recipients, rhythm and delivery channel up front, and you see a test summary built from real records before the first one is sent.

Problems this solves

Leaders ask how the AI product is doing and nobody has an answer

The Executive Reporting Pack sends a short written summary of the product's activity and notable changes. It arrives on the schedule you choose, to the people you name.

Managers spend time writing status updates from scattered figures

The summary is produced from what the product already records, so nobody has to assemble it. You approve a test summary first, so the format suits your leadership team.

Important changes in activity go unnoticed until they become problems

Each summary calls out notable changes in the product's activity, not just totals. Leaders can see shifts at a glance and ask questions early, without opening the product.

A good fit if

Leaders ask for an update on the AI product and someone writes it by hand each time.
You want a summary in plain words, not a dashboard leaders will not open.
A weekly or monthly rhythm suits how your leadership team meets.
You can agree which figures and changes matter at that level.

Not the right fit if

You want to explore performance yourself with filters. The Analytics Dashboard Add-on adds a live dashboard.
You want recurring reports assembled from many systems, not just one product. AI Report Automation pulls from multiple sources.
You need one fixed report format for an operational team. Custom Report Template adds it.
You want written commentary on reports you already produce. AI Report Narratives writes it.

How it works

  1. Readers and rhythm are agreed. Who receives it, and whether it goes weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  2. Content is chosen. A handful of headline figures, notable changes since the last summary, and items needing attention.
  3. The summary is written from the product's own records, in short plain sentences.
  4. It is delivered where leaders read, such as email, Slack or Teams.
  5. A test summary is produced from real records for you to review, with one revision round before scheduling.

What you provide within 72 hours

Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.

  • The order reference of the product being summarized
  • Who receives the summary, and how often
  • The figures and changes leadership cares about
  • Where it should arrive: email, Slack or Teams
  • One person who approves the format
The 72-hour rule. Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Running costs

Writing each summary uses a small amount of AI model usage, billed to your own accounts. Delivery goes through email or chat tools you already pay for. We charge once for the pack.

Custom requirements

Board packs with charts, several audiences with different summaries, or figures from systems the product does not touch need more work. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.

Keep it running

The summary is covered by the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price. Changing recipients, rhythm or headline figures uses its monthly change hours.

Questions about this product

What does a leadership summary contain?

A few headline figures from the product's records, what changed since the last summary, and anything that needs a decision. You agree the contents at intake. It is written in short plain sentences, so a leader can read it in a couple of minutes without opening a dashboard.

How often can the summary be sent?

On the rhythm you choose at intake, commonly weekly, fortnightly or monthly, to match how your leadership team meets. Changing the rhythm later is a small change under the parent product's maintenance. Several different rhythms for different audiences go through a Change Quote.

Can the summary go to Slack or Teams instead of email?

Yes. It can be delivered to email, a Slack channel or a Microsoft Teams channel, whichever your leaders actually read. If it goes to a chat tool, an admin may need to approve the app or connection during intake. The test summary is sent to the same place, so you see exactly what leaders will see.

When does the first leadership summary arrive?

After the pack goes live with its parent product and you have approved a test summary built from real records. It follows the delivery speed chosen for that product, and faster speeds are available, each with a fixed price and date shown before you pay. From then on, summaries arrive on the rhythm you set.

Does it replace the analytics dashboard?

No, they do different jobs. The dashboard is for people who want to explore figures themselves. The summary is for people who want to be told what matters. You can take both, or start with the summary and add the dashboard later if leaders want to dig in.

Can we see a sample before it is scheduled?

Yes. Before scheduling, we produce a test summary from the product's real records and send it to you. You check the figures and the wording, and the one revision round covers the changes you ask for. Only then does it start arriving on schedule.

Give leadership the update before they ask for it.

Add the Executive Reporting Pack and the people you name receive a short written summary of your AI product's activity on the rhythm you choose.
