AI Voice Receptionist
Answers calls, handles common questions, takes messages and transfers callers.
The records your AI product creates appear in a Google Sheet, and changes in the sheet can flow back to the product.
Plenty of teams still run their day from a spreadsheet, and asking them to log in somewhere new rarely works. This add-on copies the records your AI product creates, such as leads, calls, orders or outcomes, into a Google Sheet in an agreed layout. Chosen fields can flow back the other way, and the spreadsheet stays in your own Google account.

Google Sheets Sync connects an AI product you already run, or are buying now, to Google Sheets, so its records are copied to a sheet and agreed fields can be read back. Teams that live in spreadsheets see leads, calls, orders or outcomes without logging in elsewhere. Writes, updates and read-back are all tested before launch.
If the people who act on your AI product's work never open its dashboard, the work goes unused. A spreadsheet is the tool they already trust for filtering, sharing and quick reports. Syncing records there means leads get called, orders get checked and outcomes get reviewed without retraining anyone. The written scope settles the layout, the direction of each field and how updates are tested, so the sheet does not turn into a fragile copy-paste job that breaks the first time someone renames a tab.
Google Sheets Sync copies the product's records, such as leads, calls, orders or outcomes, into a sheet. People can see them where they already work, without logging in to another tool.
Records are written and updated in the sheet automatically, so the weekly export routine can stop. Writes and updates are tested before launch and recorded in the test report.
Agreed fields can be read back from the sheet into the product. The updated documentation names which columns the product reads, so staff know which edits will flow back.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |

| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Record how your team currently gets the product's data into spreadsheets and how long it takes each week.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Google Sheets is part of your Google Workspace plan, paid to Google. Sync adds little or no AI model usage, and any that occurs is billed to your own accounts. We charge once for the add-on.
Ask about running costsSeveral spreadsheets, complex formulas the sync must respect, or very large volumes are beyond this add-on. Note them at checkout and you get a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionThe sync is covered by the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price. New columns or a renamed tab are fixed from its monthly change hours.

How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A sync tool bills monthly by rows or tasks | An agency quotes a data connector | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Layout | You map columns yourself | Agreed during the project | Ours is agreed with your team first |
| Direction | Often one way only | Depends on the brief | Ours can write to and read from the sheet |
| Testing | Left to you | Set per project | Ours tests writes, updates and read-back |
It can. Records the product creates are written to the sheet, and the fields you list can be read back, such as a status your team updates or a price list the product uses. You choose the directions at intake, and the tests check both ways before launch.
The sync may stop matching that column. During handover we show which columns the sync depends on and suggest protecting them. If a change breaks it after launch, the fix is handled from the change hours of the parent product's maintenance, or as a defect within the 14 days of support.
One spreadsheet is the normal scope, which can hold several tabs for different record types. Several separate spreadsheets, for example one per branch, go through a Change Quote. Note it at checkout and a written quote arrives before any work starts.
Yes. The sync is tested together with its parent product and follows the delivery speed chosen for it, so both go live on the same date. Faster speeds are available for the product, each with a fixed price and date shown before you pay. Share the target spreadsheet during intake to keep testing on schedule.
That depends on who can open it. The sheet stays in your Google Workspace, under your sharing settings, and we only write the columns you agree. Keep sensitive fields out of the layout if the sheet is shared widely, and ask your admin to restrict access.
A Google Workspace account is the intended setup, because an admin can approve access within set scopes and the files stay under company control. If you only have a personal Google account, tell us at intake and we confirm whether it can work before building.
Add Google Sheets Sync and your product's records land in a Google Sheet you control, with agreed fields read back and every direction tested.
