AI Lead Qualification Agent
Qualifies inbound leads with a short conversation and scores them against your criteria.
Your AI product shows up in Zapier or Make, so your team can wire its events and actions into other tools themselves.
Your team already automates work in Zapier or Make, but your AI product sits outside those workflows. This connector exposes its triggers and actions on the platform you choose, so your team can start workflows when the product does something, or ask it to act from a workflow. Every trigger and action is tested, and you build the rest at your own pace.

The Zapier or Make Connector exposes the triggers and actions of an AI product you already run, or are buying now, to Zapier or Make. Your team can then start other workflows when the product does something, or ask the product to act from a workflow. Each trigger and action is tested in a sample workflow.
Raw webhooks are hard to work with, so many teams give up and copy data by hand. A proper connector turns your AI product into building blocks your team already understands: when a lead is qualified, when a call ends, when a document is processed. They can then wire it into email, sheets, CRMs and hundreds of other tools themselves. The written scope agrees the triggers and actions up front, tests each one in a sample workflow, and ends with a written walkthrough.
This add-on exposes the product's triggers and actions to Zapier or Make. Your team can start other workflows when the product does something, or ask it to act from a workflow.
With triggers and actions available in a no-code tool, staff can wire up new steps themselves. The updated documentation lists each trigger and action, with the data it carries.
Each trigger and action is tested in a sample workflow before handover. The test report shows what fired, what data passed through, and what the product did in response.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: List the manual steps that currently sit between the product and your other tools. Note who does each one and how often.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Zapier and Make charge by tasks or operations on your own plan, so busy workflows can move you to a higher tier with them. AI model usage remains in your own accounts. We charge once for the connector.
Ask about running costsIf you want us to build your business workflows on top of the connector, or expose events the product does not currently produce, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionThe connector is covered by the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with the add-on's price. Adding a trigger or action later uses its monthly change hours.

No. Each add-on covers one platform, Zapier or Make, chosen at intake. If your team uses both, buy the connector twice or note the second platform at checkout for a Change Quote. The triggers and actions can be the same on both, but each is built and tested separately.
A trigger is something the product does that starts a workflow, such as finishing a call or qualifying a lead. An action is something a workflow asks the product to do, such as look up an answer or create a record. We agree the list for both before building.
We build one sample workflow to prove each trigger and action works. Building your own business workflows on top is not part of this add-on. If you want that done for you, AI Zapier & Make Workflow Build is the product designed to design and build those steps.
Yes, by choosing a faster delivery speed for the product it exposes. The connector always follows that speed, because both are tested together and go live at the same time. Each speed has a fixed price and date shown in the cart. Have your Zapier or Make account ready during intake so testing is not held up.
It can. Both platforms charge by tasks or operations on your own plan, so a busy trigger that runs many workflows uses more of your allowance. Check your plan's limits before launch. We charge nothing per run, and AI model usage stays in your own accounts.
Yes. Once the connector exists, adding a trigger or action that the product already supports is a small change, handled from the change hours of the parent product's maintenance. A trigger that needs the product to do something new is quoted first through a Change Quote.
Add the Zapier or Make Connector and your product's triggers and actions appear in your chosen platform, each one tested in a sample workflow.
