AI Order Support Agent
Answers order status, delivery and change requests using live order data.
Your AI product reads orders, products and customers from one more store platform, so a second shop gets the same answers.
Running a second store on a different platform often means your AI product only knows half of your business. This add-on connects it to one more store platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Adobe Commerce. It reads products, orders and customers with the narrowest access that works, so shoppers at both stores get the same accurate answers.

The Additional Ecommerce Platform Integration connects an AI product you already run, or are buying now, to one more store platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Adobe Commerce. The product reads the store data it needs, such as products, orders and customers, from that platform. It is tested on real order questions.
Customers do not care which platform their order sits on. They want to know where it is, whether an item is in stock and how returns work. If your AI product can only see one store, shoppers at the other get vague answers or a wait. Connecting the second platform gives both stores the same service. The written scope is clear: read access to products, orders and customers, agreed with you, and tested on real questions. Writing back to the store needs its own quote.
The add-on connects your existing product to one more store platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Adobe Commerce. It reads the products, orders and customers it needs there.
Once connected, the product can look up orders and products on the second platform. Customers of both stores get answers without staff checking each system.
The product reads data straight from each platform, so answers reflect what that store actually shows. The setup is tested on real order questions before launch.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Record how many order questions come from the second store each week and who answers them. Note how long a manual lookup takes.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Your store platform plan and any apps it needs are paid to the platform. AI model usage stays in your own accounts. We charge once for the integration, with no per-order fee.
Ask about running costsWriting changes back to the store, such as refunds, discounts or stock updates, needs its own scope. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionThe store connection is maintained under the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with this add-on's price. Platform updates and new product types come out of its monthly change hours. That suits stores with frequent launches, sales or changes to shipping and returns.
Adds $75/mo to maintenance
Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A multi-store connector app bills monthly per store | An agency quotes integration work | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Access | Broad permissions to the app vendor | Depends on the contract | Ours uses the narrowest scopes that work, in your store |
| Testing | Left to you | Set per project | Ours tests real order and product questions |
| Delivery | Self-serve setup | Set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The usual choices are Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce. Each needs its own access, such as a Shopify custom app with Admin API scopes or WooCommerce REST API keys. If you use another platform, tell us at intake and we confirm before any work starts.
Not by default. The add-on connects the product to read the store data it needs, such as products, orders, customers and fulfilments. Actions that change the store, like refunds or discounts, are a separate scope quoted through a Change Quote, so nothing alters your store without agreement.
Yes. With the second store connected, the agent can look up orders and products in either store. During intake we agree how it tells which store a customer bought from, for example by order number format or email, and the tests check that it picks the right one.
Yes. The add-on follows the delivery speed chosen for the product it connects, so Express or Rush on that product applies here too. Each speed has a fixed price and date shown before you pay. Because both are tested together, the store connection and the product go live on the same date.
Buy it when the new store has its products and some real orders in place, because the tests run against live data. If the move happens after launch, the switch can be handled through the parent product's maintenance or a Change Quote.
Only what the parent product already keeps, such as conversation logs and summaries. The integration reads store data when it needs it, using access your admin can revoke at any time from the platform's own settings. Product and order details are fetched as needed rather than copied wholesale into another database.
