Answers calls, handles common questions, takes messages and transfers callers.
Your AI product writes to, and reads from, one more CRM, so records land where each team actually works.
When your AI product writes to one CRM but part of the business works in another, records go missing and people copy data by hand. This add-on connects the product you already run to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive. You approve the field map first, and access runs on an API key you control.

The Additional CRM Integration connects an AI product you already run, or are buying now, to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or GoHighLevel. The product reads and updates the records it already handles in that CRM. You approve the field map, and it is tested with the parent product.
Two CRMs usually means two versions of the truth: a sales team in one, a service team in another, or a regional office on a different system. Every record copied by hand is a chance for a missed follow-up. Connecting your AI product to the second CRM puts records where each team actually works. The written scope fixes the details: one more CRM, an agreed field map, testing on the product's own flows and one revision round. Moving historical data is clearly out of scope.
The add-on connects your existing product to one more CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or GoHighLevel. The product reads and updates its usual records there.
Once connected, the product updates the records it handles directly in the second CRM. Your team stops retyping notes and outcomes from one system into the other.
You approve the field map before anything goes live. The connection is tested with the parent product, so you can check the records it writes before launch.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Record how data reaches the second CRM today and how long it takes each week. Keep the approved field map for checking records.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Your CRM subscription is paid to the CRM vendor as it is now; some CRMs need a plan tier that includes API access. Any extra AI model usage stays in your own accounts. We charge once for the integration and nothing per record.
Ask about running costsTwo-way sync with conflict rules, custom objects the product does not already use, or moving historical records are outside this add-on. Add a note at checkout for a written Change Quote. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionThe connection is maintained under the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with this add-on's price. Field changes after a CRM update, a new pipeline or a renamed stage come out of its monthly change hours. That suits teams whose sales process changes through the year.
Adds $75/mo to maintenance
Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A sync tool bills monthly by records or tasks | An agency quotes an integration project | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Field mapping | You configure and maintain it | Agreed during the project | Ours is agreed with you before building |
| Testing | Left to you | Set per project | Ours runs the parent product's flows against the new CRM |
| Ownership | The sync runs in the tool's account | Depends on the contract | Ours runs on API access in your own CRM |
Common choices are HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and GoHighLevel. Each needs its own type of API access, such as a private app token, a connected app or an OAuth client, created by your admin. If your CRM is not on that list, tell us at intake and we confirm before building.
No. The add-on connects the product so new activity lands in the second CRM. Migrating historical records is outside its scope. If you need a one-off move of existing data, describe it in the custom requirements note at checkout and you receive a written Change Quote.
Yes, if that is what you agree in the field map. A common setup keeps the original CRM and adds a second for another team, so the product writes to both. Two-way syncing between the CRMs themselves, with conflict rules, is a larger job and goes through a Change Quote.
Yes. The add-on follows the delivery speed chosen for the product it connects, so Express or Rush on the product applies here too. Each speed has a fixed price and date in the cart before you pay. To hold the date, give us CRM access during intake, by adding our team as a user or creating an API key you control.
Possibly. Some CRM vendors only allow API access on certain plan tiers. Check that your plan includes API access before ordering, because the add-on needs it and we do not buy CRM subscriptions for customers. We confirm the access works during intake.
Report it and it is handled under the parent product's maintenance, using its monthly change hours. During the first 14 days after delivery, problems that do not match the Scope Card are fixed as part of the price. Tell us which field changed and in which CRM, and we update the field map rather than rebuilding the connection.
Add the Additional CRM Integration and your product reads and updates one more CRM, with a field map you approve and tests run on your real flows.
