AI Website Chatbot
Adds a branded AI assistant to your website trained on your content.
Your AI product works in one more language, with an agreed glossary and tests run in that language before it goes live.
If some of your customers would rather talk to you in another language, a one-language assistant quietly turns them away. This pack teaches the AI product you already run one more language, built around a glossary of your own names and terms. It is tested in that language before launch, and a fluent reviewer from your team has the final say on how it reads.

The Additional Language Pack adds one more supported language to an AI product you already have or are buying now. We agree a glossary for your terms, set the product up to work in the new language, and test it in that language. Your brand names and fixed phrases stay exactly as you approve them.
Customers who struggle with your language ask fewer questions, buy less and leave sooner, often without telling you why. Staff working in a second language make the same quiet mistakes. Adding a language to the product you already trust costs far less than building a second product, and it keeps one set of rules and one knowledge base. The written scope tells you exactly what changes: one language, your glossary, the parent product's tests run again, and one revision round after your reviewer reads the results.
The pack sets up your existing AI product to work in one more language. Customers or staff can use it in that language, with the same knowledge and rules as before.
We agree a glossary for your terms before the language goes live. Brand names and fixed phrases stay exactly as you approve them, in every answer the product gives.
The added language is tested together with the parent product, in that language. You receive a test report, so you know how it performs before customers rely on it.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–20 working days | $1,500 |
Before you start: Note how many customers contact you in this language today and how your team handles them. Keep the glossary as your reference for checking terms.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The pack is a one-time price. A second language can raise AI model usage in proportion to how many conversations happen in it, and that usage is billed to your own provider accounts, as it is for the parent product. We add no per-language or per-message fee.
Ask about running costsNeed a dialect split, such as two regional variants of the same language, or translated source content written for you? Add a note at checkout and you get a written Change Quote, before any of that work starts. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionOnce live, the new language is maintained under the parent product's maintenance, which grows in line with this add-on's price. Glossary updates, new terms and wording fixes come out of the same monthly change hours. If you expect regular product launches or seasonal wording in both languages, those changes use that allowance too.
Adds $75/mo to maintenance
Covered by the main product's maintenance, which grows by this amount.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A translation plug-in is billed monthly, often per word or per seat | An agency quotes per language after a review | Ours is one fixed price, shown before you buy |
| Your terms | A plug-in translates names it does not know | An agency glossary depends on the brief | Ours starts from a glossary you approve |
| Testing | Usually left to you | Set per project | Ours reruns the parent product's tests in the new language |
| Delivery | Instant, but untested | Set per project | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
One. Each pack adds a single language to a single product. If you want two more languages, you buy the pack twice, and each one gets its own glossary, its own test run and its own review. For many languages at once, AI Multilingual Support is usually the better starting point.
Yes. The glossary is where we record the names, terms and phrases that must appear exactly as you write them, plus any words that should never be translated. Your reviewer approves it before the product is set up, and the tests check that the product follows it in the new language.
No. The pack sets up the product to work in the new language and tests it there. Writing or translating source content you have not provided is outside the scope. If you already have approved wording in that language, send it during intake and we use it.
No. The pack always follows the delivery speed chosen for its parent product, because the two are tested together. If you need both sooner, choose Express or Rush for the product and the language moves with it. The price panel and the cart show the fixed price and delivery date for each speed before you pay.
A fluent person you name. We run the tests and share the results, and your reviewer reads them for accuracy and tone. Their comments are handled in the one revision round included in the pack. If you want an outside fluent review as well, the Localization QA Pass covers that.
Yes, as long as the product is one of ours and you can give us its order reference. The pack is built and tested against the product as it runs today, and from then on it is maintained under that product's maintenance.
Add the Additional Language Pack and your product works in one more language, with your glossary and a tested result, on the same delivery speed as the product.
