AI Enterprise Stack
AI Enterprise Stack brings together AI Gateway, AI Company Knowledge Hub and AI Governance System for organizations rolling AI out company-wide, delivered as one project with one intake.
Discount rounded to the nearest $100. Savings are calculated from current component prices, not claimed.
What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Teams sign up for AI tools on their own with no oversight
The AI Gateway gives one controlled path to AI models for the whole organization. Usage passes through settings you manage, inside your own infrastructure, rather than through personal accounts.
Staff paste company documents into public chat tools for answers
AI Company Knowledge Hub gives staff a cited knowledge assistant that runs in your own infrastructure. They get answers from approved documents without sending them to outside services.
Nobody can say which AI systems are running or who owns them
The AI Governance System keeps a register of AI systems with owners and approvals. Leaders and auditors can see what is in use and who is responsible for each system.
AI rollout stalls because security and legal cannot see the risks
The three products work together, so access, usage and ownership are visible in one place. Security and legal can review a clear record instead of chasing teams for answers.
How the 3 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 3
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can make company-wide AI use easier to control and audit.
- Helps staff use AI on company knowledge without outside exposure.
- Makes ownership of each AI system clear.
- Requests through the gateway
- Track monthly AI requests routed through the gateway from its logs, and compare with known use outside it.
- Registered AI systems
- Count systems in the governance register with a named owner and approval, at launch and each quarter after.
- Knowledge assistant adoption
- Track weekly active users of the knowledge hub from its usage reports during the first three months.
Before you start: List the AI tools teams use today and who pays for them. Note whether any register of AI systems or owners already exists.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Does the governance system make us compliant with AI regulations?
No. It supports your compliance process by setting up policies, ownership, approvals and reviews, and by mapping policy checks to your internal rules. It does not certify compliance. Your legal or compliance team still decides what the rules require and whether you meet them.
Which AI model providers does the gateway work with?
Several. The AI Gateway is vendor-neutral, so requests can go to more than one model provider through the same point, with keys, limits and logs in one place. Up to three systems or AI applications are in scope. Routing between models by task is available through the Multi-Model Routing add-on.
What does the enterprise bundle save?
The three products cost 10 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. One intake covers all three, so your systems, permission groups and policies are mapped once and the gateway, knowledge hub and governance register share them.
Can staff see restricted documents through the knowledge hub?
No. The knowledge hub is permission-aware, with up to three permission groups, so each person only gets answers from material their group may see. Sign-in is set up with your workspace admin, and the Single Sign-On Setup add-on connects it to your identity provider if you need it.
How do we see what AI is costing across teams?
The gateway reports usage, latency and cost per workflow for the systems routed through it. That shows which application or team is driving spend, so budget conversations rest on real figures. If you want alerts when spend crosses a threshold, the Cost and Usage Alerts add-on provides them.
Who should own the enterprise stack internally?
A named IT or security owner, which is part of the intake, plus one executive sponsor for decisions. The governance register records an owner for each AI system too. The admin guide and the handover report are written for those owners.
