What is included
Each product below is also sold on its own; this bundle delivers all of them as one project at the discounted price on the right.
Problems this solves
Calls ring out when staff are busy or the office is closed
The AI Voice Receptionist answers incoming calls, handles common questions and passes urgent ones to your team. Callers are not left with a ringing phone or a full voicemail box.
Callers who want to book get told someone will call back
The AI Voice Booking Agent books appointments during the call against your real calendar. The caller hangs up with a confirmed time instead of waiting for a return call.
Call notes are missing, so the next person starts from zero
AI Call Summarization writes a note, outcome and next steps for every call into your CRM. Whoever picks up the follow-up can see what was said without replaying the recording.
Nobody knows why people call or which calls are lost
AI Call Analytics reports on call reasons, outcomes and patterns across all answered calls. Managers can see where calls go wrong and adjust staffing or scripts.
How the 4 work together
These run as one system: each product keeps doing its own job, and this bundle delivers them together as a single project with a single intake.
Shown in the order components are delivered. Detailed cross-product sequencing copy is added in a later phase.
One intake for all 4
Send everything on your checklist, including access, within 72 hours of ordering so your build starts on time.

Expected benefits and how to measure them
- Can help fewer callers ring off without an answer.
- Helps more calls end with a confirmed booking.
- Makes call history easy to find in the CRM.
- Answered-call rate
- Compare your phone system's report for the four weeks before launch with the four weeks after.
- Bookings made on calls
- Count appointments created during calls, from your calendar or booking system, for the month before and after launch.
- Calls with CRM notes
- Check how many calls have a logged note in your CRM, comparing a sample month before launch with one after.
Before you start: Export a month of missed and answered calls from your phone system. Note how many calls currently leave any note in the CRM.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
Questions about this product
Do the receptionist and booking agent need separate phone numbers?
Each voice agent's Scope Card covers one number. One option is to run the receptionist on the main line and pass booking calls to the booking agent through an agreed handoff, so callers dial one number. The exact setup is agreed at intake from your call flows.
What does the voice bundle save against four separate purchases?
The four products cost 15 percent less as a bundle than bought one by one, and the price panel shows both totals before you pay. You also set up your number, greeting and call flows once, and get one test plan and a written handover report for the whole system.
Where do the call summaries go?
Into your CRM, as notes, an outcome and next steps on the right record. AI Call Summarization reads call data read-only and writes the summary through the delivery channel set on its Scope Card. The summaries are what AI Call Analytics later reports on, so both use the same call history.
How much do the phone calls cost to run?
About $0.13 to $0.31 per call minute all in, covering the voice platform, AI model and telephony, plus your number rental. You pay those providers directly in your own accounts. The reporting products add about $20 to $150 a month each. We charge nothing per call.
What will the call analytics show us?
Why people call, what happened on those calls and which opportunities were missed, such as booking calls that ended without a booking. Reports go to email, Slack or a web dashboard on a schedule, with up to five alerts. Definitions of a missed opportunity are agreed with you at intake.
Are callers told they are speaking to AI?
Yes. Both voice agents open with a disclosure in your own wording, approved at intake, before the caller says anything. Rules on automated calls vary by country and state, so you choose the wording that fits where you operate. You can change it later through monthly maintenance.
