Which processes to automate first: a simple scoring method
Score each process on hours, clarity, data readiness and risk, check payback, then automate the top one or two. Worked example and pass/fail test.
Store stock, online orders, click-and-collect and loyalty numbers land in one scheduled report, so every store works from the same picture.
Retail teams often see stores and online as separate worlds, each with its own spreadsheet. This workflow brings them together. On schedule, it joins POS or inventory exports, online and click-and-collect orders and CRM loyalty and feedback into one report, with a short commentary on what moved. Head office and store managers all work from the same picture.

AI Report Automation for Retail joins your POS or inventory exports, your ecommerce platform and your CRM into one recurring report across stores and online. Built on the Retail template, it covers stock and store questions, click-and-collect, loyalty and customer feedback, and runs quietly in the background. Every connection is read-only.
When store and online numbers live in different places, decisions are made on half the picture: stock sits in one branch while another sells out, uncollected orders pile up and feedback goes unread. Compiling it all by hand takes hours every week. This edition produces one consistent trading report on schedule, with commentary, so everyone from head office to the shop floor sees the same facts. Your systems stay read-only. The Scope Card fixes the sources, sections, recipients and testing before you order.
The automation joins your POS or inventory exports, ecommerce platform and CRM into one recurring report. It covers stores and online together, using the retail template.
The report runs quietly in the background on the schedule you set. Stock, click-and-collect, loyalty and customer feedback figures arrive in one place without anyone merging files.
Every connection is read-only, so nothing in your POS, ecommerce platform or CRM can be changed. Retail KPI definitions keep figures consistent from store to store.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $6,200 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $7,300 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $8,350 |
Before you start: Record weekly hours spent on store and stock reporting, and list the exports used today.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build is paid once. Day to day, the automation platform and AI model usage cost roughly $20 to $100 a month in your own accounts. More stores and a daily schedule move you toward the top of that range.
Your POS, ecommerce and CRM subscriptions stay as they are, and usage during testing is billed to you directly.

Yes. Store exports and your ecommerce platform's orders are joined by store code and date, so one report shows each store next to online trading. That needs a consistent store list, which you supply at intake. Both connections are read-only, so no stock or order record is altered by the report.
Yes, where your ecommerce platform or POS records whether an order was picked and collected. The report can list orders still waiting past the window you set, by store. If that status is only kept on paper in store, the report cannot see it, and we will say so at intake.
Yes, with an add-on. The standard build produces one report for the recipients you name. Store-by-store versions can be set up with the Multi-Location Setup add-on, or as a separate layout through the Additional Workflow add-on, depending on how different each version needs to be. Both are quoted before any work starts.
Whatever your CRM already holds and exposes through its API, such as new members by store or online, and feedback attached to customer records. The report counts and summarizes those figures; it does not run loyalty campaigns or change member records. Those fields are confirmed during intake against your CRM.
On a fixed schedule shown before you buy, with express and rush options if you want the report running before a peak trading period. The clock starts once your exports, platform access and samples are in, so sending them inside the first 72 hours keeps the date you were given.
No. Every connection in this build is read-only. It reads POS exports, online orders and CRM records, assembles the report and sends it. Adjusting stock, prices or loyalty records stays with your team and the systems you already use, which keeps the report safe to run unattended.
