AI Agency Operations OS
Connects agency onboarding, delivery, reporting and knowledge into one system with shared client data and approval rules (no sales or proposal agents).
A discovery call turns into a client-ready pitch, complete with campaign scope, deliverables and retainer or project pricing.
After a good discovery call, the proposal is what keeps momentum, yet it often takes days of senior time to write. AI Agency Proposal Agent turns your call notes into a client-ready pitch: campaign scope, deliverables calendar, timeline and pricing from your own rate cards, in your agency's voice. A partner sharpens and sends every draft, so nothing goes out unchecked.

AI Agency Proposal Agent turns discovery-call notes into a client-ready pitch, campaign scope, deliverables calendar, timeline and retainer-or-project pricing, written in your agency's voice for a partner to sharpen before it goes out. Pricing comes from your own rate cards and packages, never from guesswork.
Proposals are where agencies win or lose new business, and they are usually written late at night by the people who should be doing client work. A slow proposal lets a prospect's enthusiasm fade, and a rushed one misprices the retainer. AI Agency Proposal Agent produces a structured, on-brand draft from your notes and rate cards, so partners spend their time on strategy and positioning. The Scope Card sets the output formats, the destination and the approval step before you buy, so there are no surprises.
The agent turns discovery-call notes into a client-ready pitch with campaign scope and a deliverables calendar. A partner sharpens the draft instead of starting from scratch.
Pricing comes from your own rate cards and packages, never from guesswork. The draft shows retainer or project pricing for the partner to check. Clients see figures you stand behind.
Drafts are written in your agency's voice, using your brand profile and up to 20 reference examples. Every pitch sounds like your agency, whoever wrote the notes.
Each draft includes a deliverables calendar and timeline built from the notes. Drafts reach one agreed destination, such as your drive or inbox, for review.
Your portal lists these the moment you order. Delivery starts the working day after everything is in and your access is checked.
| Option | Delivery time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20–30 working days | $5,500 |
| Express | 15–25 working days | $6,450 |
| Rush | 10–20 working days | $7,450 |
Before you start: Record average pitch turnaround and partner hours spent on a typical pitch.
These are things to track, not promised results. Outcomes depend on your data, your team and your market.
The build itself is a one-time cost. Keeping it running afterward runs roughly $20–150 a month in your own accounts, in AI model or media-generation usage, moving with how many pitches you're producing.
AI usage during the build and testing phase is billed the same way, straight to your accounts, so every provider relationship stays yours. Nothing routes through us.
Ask about running costsIf you need something outside the Scope Card, add a note at checkout. You get a written Change Quote, and that work only starts once you accept it. Your original order runs on its normal timeline either way. Larger or bespoke projects go through the Custom AI request form instead.
Request a custom versionWe recommend monthly maintenance for this build. It covers monitoring, fixes and a monthly allowance of change hours, enough for a new reference pitch, an updated rate card or a refreshed deck template. It kicks in once the 30 days of included support end, bills monthly, and can be dropped any month.
$275/mo (5% of the build price a month, includes 2 change hours)
Optional. Starts after the post-launch support period. Cancel any month.
How maintenance works| Do it yourself with a SaaS tool | Hire a custom agency | Upmark Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A deck-building tool bills every seat whether a pitch ships that month or not | A freelance strategist charges per deck | Ours is one fixed price, shown on this page before you buy |
| Scope | A deck-building tool hands you an empty template to fill in yourself | Scope shifts with whoever is free to write it | Ours is written on the Scope Card before purchase |
| Brand voice | A deck-building tool defaults to its own stock layout and tone | Voice depends on which writer picks it up | Ours learns from your brand profile and past pitches |
| Delivery | Sign-up takes minutes, teaching it your pricing model does not | Typically several weeks before a first draft appears | Ours has a fixed delivery time shown before you buy, with faster options |
The one-time build price is shown in the price and delivery panel on this page, next to each delivery speed. Once your Scope Card is signed off, that price holds, covering the pitch pipeline, up to three output formats, your brand profile and the 25 sample pitches we run with you before you go live.
Proposal Agent picks up after the discovery call, turning notes into campaign scope, a deliverables calendar and pricing. AI Agency Sales Agent sits earlier in the funnel, qualifying inbound enquiries and getting that discovery call onto the calendar in the first place. Run together, Sales Agent hands qualified conversations straight to Proposal Agent.
No, and that is deliberate. Every draft lands wherever your team stores live opportunities, a CRM record, a drive folder or an inbox, for the named reviewer to sharpen first. That is also why 25 sample pitches are reviewed with you before launch, rather than trusting a first attempt straight from the model.
Expect roughly $20 to $150 a month in your own accounts, mostly AI model usage, and the figure tracks how many pitches you put out. You pay providers directly, with no markup from us. The build itself is a one-time price, shown with each delivery speed in the price and delivery panel on this page.
The price and delivery panel on this page shows the time for each speed, faster options included, counted from the day your intake is complete and access is verified. Most of that time goes into tuning the pitch logic against your own past proposals and rate cards, not writing code.
Your brand guidelines and tone-of-voice notes, 10 to 20 past pitches worth learning from, access to wherever drafts should land, and the name of whoever signs off before a pitch goes out. Any admin access or API keys for connected systems are shared by adding our team as a user or creating a key you control, never sent over email.
Small tweaks, another past pitch to learn from, an updated rate card, fit inside the monthly change hours that come with maintenance. Going past three output formats is a bigger piece of work and gets scoped as a written Change Quote first, delivered.
What's above is the scope you get, in writing, before you pay.
